Can we be sure this really is Life in technicolor? Anyway it's an amazing song, but the rollingstone said it had some lyrics.

I think this is either the version off the album or the piano version. It certainly is Lost! because in NME interview he said the line "Just because I'm losing doesn't mean I'm lost" was his personal motto and I think from one of the igoogle pics we got some days ago you could see the lyrics I think. Or is it just me and Coldplay have GONE WILD with Viva: we get a song every day..we got two today actually! my god what a day!!!:D Oh, and thanks to DRaft!

I think "St.Peter won't call my name" is more suitable to the song...the person can't explain but he feels he won't go to heaven because he's done so much wrong (he ruled the world)and now he regrets it.

Every album is a part of Coldplay's story. I'm pretty sure they won't look back and say ahh there's 2 years lost...I mean, look, X&Y made them the biggest band on the planet, now 'Viva' is just going to confirm that. Diversity in Viva is obvious to everybody I think..while X&Y used the same formula, similar riffs, similar themes all over again. But don't get me wrong, I still think it's a great album, it's what made me a Coldplay fan at the first place!

After a few listens of VLV, I think we're in for a classic album (both Violet Hill and VLV are just amazing song). So looking forward to release!:D

I don't like it yet as much as Violet Hill, but that's because I like riffs probably..anyway if we're going to get such a diverse album..it'll be just amazing, song's really great, it's different but so great.

I think we shouldn't get too excited - yet. We're obviously getting a new song or a big surprise nonetheless on May 21. I don't think we're in for a double album; first of all we have the tracklisting, so they won't change that. :) Second, we will be getting a lot of b-sides I think, which is really great, as I'm really looking forward to hearing Poppy Fields, Prospekt's March, etc. I think that the global surprise will be that Coldplay are literally expanding; maybe it could mean the biggest world tour ever or something like that..I bet there's no one who wouldn't like to have Coldplay playing in their town!:D Even if I'm wrong in everything written above; it's going to be a brilliant Coldplay summer!;)

Viva Coldplay! I just hope this global reach means they get to play a concert in Austria or even here in Slovenia!! Ok, I'll stop dreaming now! :D

It's not how it ends, they just cut it at the end. But yeah, I wasn't impressed. But Violet Hill was probably more of an indication of how the album is going to sound like, that was a very good song, and if we get one or two more great songs, it'll be ok. Better to be sceptic for now than thrilled with joy.

They're definitely playing it on Radio 1 Zane Lowe show, it's been confirmed again a few minutes ago...so no all we can do is to keep waiting..it's on in less than half an hour. Has anybody noticed the irony that "A Spell a Rebel Yell" was to be distributed only with the NME edition? Even on the official site they say it! lol:D

Prospekt's March (presumably), there's also Poppy Fields..so a lot of B-sides will be there. What a time to get excited!

I don't really like it so much, but then again, it's only a 30sec rip so I'll also reserve judgement until I get to her the song in its entire length. Violet Hill I think was better because it sounds good, has strong lyrics and is on the album!:)

I would first really like to hear "A Spell A Rebel Yell" and this is obviously the next thing we will hear!:D...ah a coldplay song every week - amazing.
