Totally agree Rudy, They weren't very good at the grammy's I think chris even admitted that. but I like the version on the toronto show, and the glastonbury 2005 performance aswell as the 2003 dvd version. Coldplay are one of those bands that shine when you see them live there's something about their live show that makes great songs phenomenal!

My favourite Coldplay lyric is the end part of Politik; When chris sings "Give me love over, Love over, Love over this...." It just send shivers down my spine every time I hear it. That song was about many things, including 9/11 terror attacks, and just wanting to feel anything but that. and so that really moves me, I think the end part of Politik is the most coldplay have come to moving me with music like that, even more so than the end of Fix you.

oh wow, you really know your stuff, :D Apart from having my own studio set up, I have a portable one too, which I can use with my laptop, which I also use cuebase studio 4 for. Which coldplay used when they were experimenting in churches in spain or whatever. I use a Tascam Sound card. ;)

Cool, what equipment do you have? tnspieler - what equipment does your dad use? I have my own home recording studio, I use Cuebase Studio 4 which is one of the best softwares to record with, professional bands all use that or ableton, which I also have.

I've done ALOT of stupid stuff when mortal, some of the stuff too crass to mention, other stuff include: Painting my flatmates face with black paint when he passed out. hitting on a middle aged woman (about 57 yrs old) APPARENTLY! - I don't remember that night, that was the worst night ever, I'd spent about £50 on Jagerbombs, I can never remember anything on jager. the same night I apparently sat on the floor in the middle of a kebab shop and ate my kebab and garlic. (Vaguely remember this) ahhhh bad times.
