  1. AF @ Enmore is uploading now. PM me if you want the link. i will re-record the set when its played during the IMF.
  2. no real reason for quoting this. just thought it deserved another posting.
  3. ^^ but if you love cut copy you'll find the presets a little immature and boorish, they have much more of a club/party vibe, more in line with the bloody beetroots i would say. the presets did incredibly well on the charts in 2008 whereas cut copy were no where to be seen. but internationally the presets had very little success and we all know how well cut copy did.
  4. cahill?? he is soft!! now in craig moore you have a maniac, the man seems more interested in clean leg breaks than clean sheets. i think video technology can be brought in for suspect goals first. it will take 30secs to check a goal or disallowed goal on video so i really dont see how it will slow down the game. i think we should remember that zidane was sent off in the world cup final after checking video replays cos none of the officials actually saw what happened. if the same had been done with a few dubious red cards in this world cup it would of been far less controversial. anyways. of greater importance right now is brazil v portutal. i have high expectations of this game even though brazil are kaka-less.
  5. its not so much the diving its more so the play acting that pisses me off. i know that its been part of football for a long time and isnt going anywhere. but to behave like that in the colours of your country is pretty low especially when the whole world is watching. and i really dont think Blatter and his buddies have any intention of doing anything about it, not that i expect anything from a man who thinks the abundance of human error and absence of video technology in football makes it more interesting.
  6. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQFuI5TYbsU]YouTube- YouTube Italy vs Slovakia 2010 Fight In Net[/ame] this is the reason why italy have gone from world champions to the joke of the footballing world. their shameless simulation, diving and acting is pathetic. their elimination from the cup almost makes up for the socceroos elimination. i cannot wait for the day when an italian player breaks a leg and nobody gives a damn cos they think he is acting.
  7. i have the arcade fire set already on my computer. its actually the reason i became an AF fan, didnt care much for them before i heard this live at the wireless. imo it is one of the best triple j live recordings ever. i will try and record as many of the shows as possible then upload them. im working pretty long hours these days so i cant make any promises.
  8. hahahah that is brilliant!
