  1. I was almost expecting "Cemeteries of London" to start at the end, it was that close-sounding. Nicely done!
  2. I live about 45 minutes from the town in question (Gloucester, Mass.), so this has been a big story on the local news. I think these girls are absolutely insane, but I don't think the movie "Juno" should be taking the blame for this.
  3. I liked the harmonies in the chorus. Well done! Were you playing all the instruments or did someone help you out?

  5. The one I want to hear the most would have to be "Leftrightleftrightleft". That just sounds like it could be such a cool song.
  6. Bell X1 Athlete or Travis?

  8. ^ I counted 127 (or 128, depending on whether you count "XO" as one word or two).
  9. A valient effort, but... "Hail to the Thief" is 14 tracks.
  10. Regardless of whoever Prospekt really is, I bet there ain't no party like his/her nana's tea party.
  11. Justin (I think someone in another thread said your name was Justin, right winigwl?), what did you use to play it? I've downloaded it, but I can't play it in iTunes or Windows Media Player (unless I'm blatantly doing something very wrong)...
  12. I was in a Best Buy last summer in Connecticut buying a CD, and I pass by the section that sells satellite radio receivers for cars, and they have an advertisement in that section showing a selection of people who have shows on satellite radio, on of whom is Bill O'Reilly. And I passed by it at first, but I thought, "Something didn't seem right with that picture." So I turned around and went back to see what it was... someone had drawn a Hitler 'stache on O'Reilly with a blue ballpoint pen. I took a picture with my phone. :) ...and that about sums up my feelings about Bill O'Reilly.
  13. Both if ya got 'em! ;) (If not, then I'd prefer tabs.)

First of all, a HUGE thanks to acade and Puzzling for posting those. Puzzling, one quick question regarding your tab though. At the section at the beginning where you spell out how to play each chord, you list F#m as "x|9|9|11|11|10|9". That's seven strings! My assumption is that the x is a mistake and the chord should read "9|9|11|11|10|9" but can you clarify just to be sure? Thanks in advance. :)
  15. Never really into them at all, but I'd say "Take Off Your Pants and Jacket". Weezer
  16. Death and All His Friends 42 Viva La Vida Lovers in Japan Cemeteries In London Yes Strawberry Swing Violet Hill Lost! Life in Technicolor The Escapist Reign of Love Chinese Sleep Chant
  17. http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/r/radiohead/karma_police_ver2_crd.htm That's where I found the version I play. It sounds spot-on and is written very well. The chords are written above the lyrics at the points where they would change. Plus, you can mouse-over the chord names and they'll show you how to finger them, which was really helpful for me.
  18. Map of Your Head is my favorite song on Hullabaloo. I love that guitar part where he switches from a major chord to a minor chord really quickly. That song has one of the best guitar parts in all of Muse's catalogue. :)
  19. I'll be honest, I didn't appreciate "Unintended" until H.A.A.R.P. came out. Now it's one of my favorites from Showbiz. :)
  20. winigwl, it's Panic at the Disco, not Fall Out Boy (alluding to your first post edit...) But yeah, that was the first album I thought of before I read the entire thread.
  21. + Death and All His Friends - Strawberry Swing 16 - Cemeteries of London 19 - 42 12 - Lovers In Japan 12 - Yes 15 - Viva La Vida 22 - Strawberry Swing 25 - Death And All His Friends
  22. Interesting that the US is the only country that calls the album "Viva La Vida"; all the others go for the full "Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends". Just something I noticed. That's still pretty sweet.
  23. My seats are mentioned in my sig... Good luck to all of you who are still having trouble getting tickets. Hope they don't sell out on you!
  24. On ^ that note, my friends play in a band and couldn't come up with a name for a song, so they called up a friend who'd never heard the song or read/heard the lyrics, so he gave them the title "I Can't Buy You No Horses, I Haven't Got Any Money, There's An Old Woman Behind Me Riding An Alligator" (something to that effect; can't remember what the old woman was doing :)). They call it "Horses" for short. But anywho, I do agree with bearcat. Ideas for song titles should flow freely, and personally I like the title "Strawberry Swing" more than "Now My Feet Won't Touch the Ground". Just a personal thing.
  25. How did you do that? I knew a guy who did that for me for "Everything's Not Lost" and "Life Is For Living" and also "Put It Behind You" and "The Iron Sea" on Keane's "Under the Iron Sea", but we're no longer on speaking terms and I'd like to split up the combined songs if I could...
