Prospekt's March IMO has some great albeit weird lyrics...and that song is their most underrated ever :( by THEM!

You know what I dislike about your points? You seem to be one of the people who would like a Coldplay song even if it was 5 minutes of farting. I can't understand why some of you people cannot understand that some fans do NOT like ETIAW - it is a fact, just like a fact is that the song is not original. And the argument about being limited with instruments and notes - I am sorry,but it is plain stupid. Cause if that it is the case, you wouldn't have any of the brilliant music in the world today, counting Coldplay's music. And for God's sake - don't be so extreme as to say that you are not a true Coldplayer if you don't like this song. As for your Parachutes argument - I agree. But the rest...sorry,but no.

Honestly, all the songs on Parachutes had the same theme - "I am sorry for what I did/said" So you can't say that Parachutes is incredible,lyrically. IMO, Rush had some good lyrics, and so did VLV... X&Y was , most of it at least, horrible... LP5...dunno,we are yet to hear it - Teardrop has some good lines, some bad... we'll see...

IMO,there is nothing wrong with Come Around Sundown.

putting the word Media into the title is so not...artistic. I'd rather keep it Major Minus. Hahhahaha reading the posts above it seems as though WE are settling for how OUR album will be called :D Compassion or what?

OMG this is ridiculous... and insulting for the band. I hate the song, but who are we to make a "petition" for the album content? it's their music (no pun intended for the sampled part) and they work very hard on it...so let's just be more respectful and grateful, cause if one thing cannot be denied is that they always do their best. and at the end of the day , screw us ! the most important thing is that they like their music.

is it just me or is it Guy who puts least effort in playing ? :confused:

I really dislike the song... First I was like...it's nothing special but it might work. But now, it's one of my least favorite Coldplay songs...Probably next to that old song No more keeping my feet on the ground...Which I can't stand. Anyway... Having heard the other songs on YouTube I really hope that Every Tear won't be on the album...Or if it is, that it will be a bonus track... Or at least NOT a single. Too lame for the leading single IMO. And yes, it disappoints me that they used the sample very much so!

gotta say i am kinda bummed that the song has sampled theme... really, kinda expected more from the guys... yeah i know talk had samples too but this is kinda... lame. don't hate on me please for what I am about to say - but maybe the boys just didn't quite know what to do with their new direction and music... maybe they just got ... lost?
