don't mean to turn this into a Muse vs Coldplay thread (cuz they are both amazing in different ways) but I really think that Chris from Muse is a better bass player and more innovative than Guy. Who knows, Guy might surprise us.

My God, someone wants to know what the wives of the members look like and suddenly everybody labels the person as a stalker, creep, etc. Come on guys,chill out a bit.

AROBTTH , or at least half of it, is rather dark. And that's why it's my favorite song on the album...after it, only Twisted Logic on X&Y and Yes on VLV were dark. And BTW just because something is considered dark, doesn't mean it has to be metal or whatever you guys think. The album is dark, because of the song topics primarily. I think that's what they meant by most of these albums, like for example Billie Holiday.

Although I love In My Place and The Goldrush, I really really really love A Whisper. It's got this incredible atmosphere about it, and I think it is far more difficult to create a song like this than IMP or TG... Damn, I love AROBTTH and its dark gems. Not many of them dark songs after that album,eh? I also love Daylight too :)

Yeah it is intriguing, I wonder what it would sound like ... And yeah, Ladder to the sun would be amazing to have on an album, although, as much as I love this song, I think that the reason they didn't put it on an album is that it sounds like Yellow - a LOT! And also Crests of waves, I ran away, and those old songs we will never hear like So sad...

splash is what you hear when you jump into the water... and ... usually, you drink water from a glass... aaaand that's when it's called a glass of water... and Coldplay - have a song called glass of water! :D pickles
