The Scientist - spike in iTunes popularity?
Which is why I'm saying what they're doing is good. :P

Coldplay's Best B-Side/Unreleased
"Crests of Waves" and "I Ran Away" are up there, but my #1 is not one of your poll choices - "Things I Don't Understand". That track is seriously better than half the songs on X&Y (and so is Gravity, for that matter).

Thanks for the YouTube link. Shame he talks over the end. Seems like sort of a "latin" flavor to me. EP's are good for these experimental efforts, as they indicate which ones work and which ones don't. Maybe "Stop for a Minute", since they've recorded a video for that one.

Ah, looks like they took it down then. :( I'm pretty sure you can stream the whole episode on NBC's website, though.

Anybody who listened to the American Idol cover should be quarantined unless they listen to the original version to help undo any damage (and hear a great song in the process).

What is your favorite music
And yet it's still more intelligent than what was originally posted there. Funny how that works.

The Muse Thread - Hate This & I'll Hate You
That's one of the Plug In Baby balloons, right? Yeah, the size of those things is ridiculous, but it must make a fantastic souvenir! And they're much easier to pop than Coldplay's yellow balls. :P

Personal Archive, DVD or Documentary? Mexican Shows Will Be Filmed
I'm sorta doubting it's a live DVD since we've heard so many times now that they've been filming at specific shows. The documentary idea seems more plausible.

Hope you have a great time, Christa! And thanks to everyone else for the awesome pics! That video of Knights of Cydonia is bloody INSANE. :stunned:

Yeah, I'd say slim to none. They did pretty extensive touring last year, even though much of that was from supporting Coldplay and U2.

Naw, I'm still trapped over here in Americaland. I'm sure Jen is too. :P I hope the European Teddies are able to go and have fantastic times, though. :D

So they actually pulled out Shiver, huh? Good for them, I suppose, especially since Latin America had been waiting so long for the tour to come there. And quite honestly, I didn't like their Billie Jean cover in the first place, so Shiver is a great replacement. :P

Probably because people in Ireland are usually too hammered to distinguish between good and bad music. (JOKE POST, no offense to any Irish members :P)
