Sorry! My uni schedule has gone through the roof lately and I'm super busy so I probably won't be on here much at all for the next few weeks! About Boy and Bear, I do like the new one, heard it on the radio a couple of times. I can't see them putting out another EP though, and I'm just hoping the same thing doesn't happen to them as happened to The Middle East. Because I like them more.

Yes, go! I've been to a few gigs on my own before, you can meet some really great people! Once the music starts that's all that matters anyway :nice:

Judging by the way you didn't recognise 'Solitude is Bliss' (song originally performed by said band) on the mixtape I made you I'm going to assume you haven't heard it so... DO IT. Well I'm pretty sure Jamie created this thread for anyone who likes Aussie music, and it just so happens that us aussies seem to like it the most :awesome: so yes! As for this year... Aus music has been lacking a little something this year. I think the only ones I can personally recommend are Zonoscope by Cut Copy, I Want That You Are Always Happy by The Middle East and The Great Impression by Sparkadia. I can't really think of any other good Aussie albums released so far this year. Boy and Bear are releasing their debut album in a couple of months though, YAY :awesome:
