  1. ^ You aren't asleep. Neither am I. I am a liar.
  2. I absolutely love A Message. It's my favorite next to Til Kingdom Come.
  3. I like the song, but would still prefer actual drum beats.
  4. I thought those were voices; not synth screams.
  5. I suppose that's how it could have been written, but I see it as much more than that. I think my love from the song comes from this past March when my Grandma passed away. As I was leaving the hospice, the first song to come on on my iPhone was "Til Kingdom Come" and I cried my eyes out. But, I know what you're saying.
  6. I still wonder what became of Spike.
  7. Car Kids never ends, does it?
  8. Absolutely this. The only two Coldplay songs to make me tear up are Til Kingdom Come and Up With The Birds; both dealing with death and passing on. They bring back memories.

The more I listen, the more I realize that UFO is one of their best acoustic songs. (I'd even put it right behind See You Soon.)
  10. Hell yes. I'm pretty positive I've already posted my thoughts about this song, but: I fucking love Don't Let It Break Your Heart. The lead into it via A Hopeful Transmission is something of beauty and elegance (:P) and it's already been put in a list of my all-time favorite Coldplay songs.
  11. Even though I voted 10 stars, I meant to vote for a '9'. This song is beautiful. It carries a bittersweet, uplifting atmosphere that brings me down once the "passing" into the second half of the song begins. The lyrics leave me empty and wanting for more after Chris' final, "Oh yeah.". Surely, I'm not the only one. I like to think of my Grandma with this song. She died fairly-recently and the song brings back memories. Well done, Coldplay. You brought a tear to my eye.
  12. Before leaving for college this afternoon, I noticed a nice little package at my door. I like the packaging, too!
  13. Can I just say how awesome "Don't Let It Break Your Heart" is?
  14. Oh, really? Did you write a six-page paper about him for your Economics class? I thought so. I still love Steve.
  15. Thanks for the pictures! Whenever the rest of us get a chance to watch it, I'll have to watch it. I loved Mr. Jobs.
  16. I plan on posting a great, full-length review sometime in the next day or so, but my initial reaction is below. Upon firs listen, I felt a little underwhelmed. I didn't think it was bad, per say, but not what I was expecting. Upon a second and third listen, I really, really adore Mylo Xyloto. Like IOwxo2 said about Viva La Vida, I had the same issue with. Not this time around, however. The songs from this era give new life that I haven't felt in their past couple of albums. That said, it has its problems, but really, what album doesn't? I find it funny that I really liked Paradise previous to the official release of Mylo Xyloto, but I am not too fond of it right now. I assume it's because I've listened to it for so long that I want to hear the unheard things for now. For now, I'm going to give it a 8.5/10. It has energy, soul, emotion and beauty. Well done, Coldplay. As far as album-ranking goes: 1. A Rush of Blood To The Head 2. X&Y 3. Mylo Xyloto 4. Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends 5. Parachutes (I still love you!) Another thing: HOW AWESOME IS DON'T LET IT BREAKY YOUR HEART?
  17. LOL. I'm sorry Brent, but I find this hilarious.
  18. Hey now. We're not all like this. (Although, I know exactly what you're talking about.)
  19. Don't Let It Break Your Heart - Coldplay.
  20. I bet people only from Missouri can see it. Are you from the future?
  21. I'm not seeing any sort of 'Add to Cart' button either.
