I was raised in a Christian family and I'm in a catholic school, I was baptised, and did my first comunion. But now I don't believe in God (even if I did for a long time when I was younger), so now I consider myself as an atheist. Atheist in general describe religious people as "stupid" that's why I guess most of the time they seem annoying, or they pretend to know a lot of things and that others are just too dumb to understand anything... But the thing is, not all of them are like that.

I think it's way better than the studio version, a bit more Coldplayish... but I still don't like it very much. I don't know if it's because I have the studio version stuck in my head (I have to say from the first day I heard I couldn't stop singing every single minute "Paraa paraa paradise"). I think that if the studio had the piano lines and more Jonny like the live, some more people would have liked it.

After listening to it all day, I think it's definitely one of the best songs of this era, it gets an easy 8! :D But I'm pretty sure the studio version is way better. It beats ETIAW and Paradise very easily.... I wish it was their second single, instead of Paradise.

Definitely Chris Martin on his own... But if they really needed female vocals I'd go for one of these: Natalie Imbruglia, Adele, Florence Welsh, Bat For Lashes, or even The Pierces. But absolutely not the other sheep known as Rihanna.

This can't be compared to ETIAW or Paradise it's too beautiful!! Now we know that Coldplay are still the same, and that MX isn't completely mediocre . But now, dear Coldplay, why wasn't this a single instead of Paradise???

True fans criticize to make the band somehow better, we give our opinion in the new matetrial because knowing Coldplay for so long, we know that they can do way better than that. For example, try to compare the magic of Clocks to Paradise, or the brilliance and energy of Yellow to ETIAW.... it's impossible!! Coldplay has done way better than this and they still can do it (ex. Spanish Rain, Moving to Mars and Christmas Lights)

I just hope that after MX they will fire Brain Eno. I've always liked Coldplay because they've always done different things from an album to another, so I won't say I would like to hear Parachute another time, but something definitely close to it and AROBTTH, or even X&Y.

I kind of agree with that but I still think: "how about Charlie Brown, Hurt Like Heaven, Major Minus, Us Against the World....?" The first time I heard the news + Paradise I changed my favourite band to Arctic Monkeys. I mean Coldplay... from fucking Michael Stipe, and Richard Ashcroft to Rihanna?? Siriously, this is to what level you're heading?? What the fuck is wrong with them? Edit: I wish it was something like Bat For Lashes or The Pierces, but why this sheep?

I agree with the fact that to date these are the worst new songs we heard, so I just hope that there won't be anything like them, but I definitely will be skipping those two.

I've always respected bands that change from an album to another, but I just hope that Paradise and ETIAW are the worst ones, and that the Rihanna thing will sound good. 'Cause depending on what Roadie said about Up in Flames and the other songs (Charlie Brown, Us Against the World, and the other live ones) I just hopw that there will be some good songs on the album and that these 2 are the only shitty ones. This is what I fear. I just hope not.

They're both too bad for what Coldplay used to do before, but I think Paradise is slightly better than ETIAW.
