I voted no. It has the potential to be the most awkward thing ever. Like the nerds at school having to interact with the cheerleader or any other sort of cringe-like movie scenario. I think it worked with Jay-Z because they were genuine friends. I think that Rihanna and Coldplay worked together more because of a 'friend-of-a-friend' thing which means they won't have the same ease of flow together. Plus, Rihanna spelling their name wrong, totes doesn't bode well. It certainly shows she didn't/doesn't really care about the band on any other level than a commercial one. And okay, that's fine, but I'm not a massive fan of working with people because you should opposed to wanting to. The performance might make me eat my words. Will have to wait and see.

Ha, both those pairs are wicked. I did a pair and all way back before MX came out (which explains the lack of all the logos) on a fake pair of converse that I'm planning on doing to a real pair now I know how...

Mine got dispatched on Wednesday so it's either arrived at home and my parents aren't telling me (as it is a Christmas present tbh) or it's going to be arriving within the next few days :awesome: I can't believe though according to that they knew about Mylo Xyloto when on the video shoot for Christmas Lights! They could've given us some cryptic clue or a puzzle to solve or something on the the boat!!

Yeah, I only managed to get X's from the O2 and all so it's something that was added when they went over to mainland Europe. Kind of a bummer as I want some of those!

Seeing 'Don't Panic' really made me flail and scream a lot (there were a few girls in front of me who didn't get it and started texting and I was all :bomb:) It really was an extraordinary show last night. I am so glad I managed to see it.

I think we will still get a 90 minute show-- just nothing more. If they cut ours because of all their other commitments I will be so p***ed off because I bought the ticket before I knew all of the other stuff was going to be happening. Although, I'd imagine they'd be able to do 2 nights in a row like that-- after all, Foo Fighters played 2 nights of almost 3 hour sets at Milton Keynes earlier in the year. I did expect that Coldplay would play slightly longer in this tour, maybe just under 2 hours... After all, with the back catalogue they have they have enough material to warrant it now (and of course, the cost). But heck, maybe I've been spoilt with Muse, Foo Fighters, The Smashing Pumpkins ect since I last saw Coldplay.

It's been a year? I knew it was coming up but I didn't realise it was today. I am fail. Well a year ago at this time I'd just run out of my exam and was running for the train up to London (I'm currently on my way up to London again ironically. I might stop by the boat if I've got time!) It was a bloody brilliant time. I met some amazing people that I am very thankful for and I wish I could relive it again this year and every year after. Official Coldplay choir to the end.

Aww thank you. That's really kind of you, but the coach is due to leave at 11:15 which given the curfew isn't that long after the show so I will be alright that way around. :)

Oh, me! I'm going from Brighton up to London. I've booked a place on the coach though, which is only like £21 return which is actually cheaper than the train with underground/overground (unless you have a rail card).

Got 3 tickets to go! They are only selling standing and upper tier today so on Friday I'm going to try again and get tickets for a lower tier... But either way I'M GOING. And I bought one of the signed tour programmes as well :dance:
