Uh . . . well I didn't cry, but I think the closest I got was around the :50-1:50 mark in Up With the Birds. Most emotion-packed minute of the entire album, right thar :nod: I have to say that there has never been a song that's made my cry (I pretty much have the emotional scale of a cannoli) although there have been a few Coldplay songs (besides UWtB) that have come moderately close: The Escapist, See You Soon (the live 2003 version), and Gravity

O wait, I just realized that I forgot to give it a rating :facepalm: At least a 7, probably closer to an 8. The transition in from AHT makes up for the fact that Chris' voice is a little drowned out It's one of three songs that saved MX for me :nod:

Well, this is almost as good of a closer as DAAHF (and if you had the slightest idea of how freaking amazing I think DAAHF is, then you would know how much I love this song). Definitely in my top 10. This, along with MM and AHT / DLIBYH (and, to a lesser extent, UAtW and UIF) saved the album for me. Not quite epic enough to receive a 10 (I've only given a 10 to three songs in my entire life) but a good, solid 9.

Well, just after finishing Parachutes Chris claimed that "they were out of ideas". And then we got the monster that is ARoBttH. So, Chris has literally been saying "this is going to be our last album" since Parachutes. I wouldn't be worried, guys. Besides the fact that the guys have signed another record contract with EMI, so we'll be seeing at least one-to-two more albums from them.
