  1. I'll do mine tomorrow. My hair is a mess right now. LOL
  2. I read this very same article several months ago, so the date is very wrong. But a nice article nonetheless. This is the best part for me: How much of a priority is keeping the family together? I am very traditional in a 1950s housewife way: cooking, making sure everyone’s fed and everything’s in order. I think that a wife has a responsibility to make a home and to protect the family. I also believe that a wife should be able to do whatever she wants and work if she wants. My mother was a less traditional wife than me. She worked to support the family. Same author recycled materiel from a while back http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/you/article-1376124/Gwyneth-Paltrow-domestic-role-Cooking-makes-calm-happy.html
  3. Can you say "Moving To Mars?"
  4. I will love you for the rest of my life:kiss:

I went to a festival last September. I was so close it felt like Guy's bass was strumming in my throat. I had the best time ever and the whole thing seemed to last just 5 minutes. In july, I'll see them in an arena and I don't have the best of seats. I just hope the sound system is great.
  6. Today has turned out to be a busy day for me, but I promise to PM you later on when I get a couple of minutes. Again, overall it's a great job, there's just a couple of things I would have presented differently. That's all.:)
  7. Well, I didn't have the benefit of being present. I'm glad you got to witness the moment.
  8. B/c he's vocal about it? We don't get to hear from the others very much. I bet Will felt really good, but Chris is the mouth piece of the band.
  9. I wonder if it was the same song playing in Chris' head the other day on Geoff Lloyd's program?
  10. Oh ok! I have kids 16 & 13 yrs of age so I always have to be careful before giving my opinion to a youngster. I've only been following Coldplay since May, but that's all I've been listening to for the past 7 months, every gig, every interview available in the multimedia area on this site, on coldplay.com, and on youtube. So while your presentation overall looked good, some of the statements weren't factually correct. I wouldn't have said anything if you were in high school.:)
  11. This is the perviest of all threads, and Chris is a very pervy guy. But then the very shy Jonny goes and does this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?list=PLA5F9F1D383FEF9CE&feature=player_detailpage&v=POPXhPLCMcE Give me a break! That's way too cute for words.
  12. Just is so cool. The boys, especially Chris, lives for this kind of reaction. Perhaps they'll do this for all the gigs next summer as well. It'd be so cool.
  13. I'm curious to know which grade you're in?
  14. It sounds a bit cruel but I wouldn't rush to judgment. What's acceptable in 1 culture might not be ok in an other. I think a mom was brought to court here in the US for spraying hot sauce in their child's mouth as a punishment.
  15. I wonder, is sucking thumb a girl thing? B/c looking back, neither of my boys did it.
  16. I don't think I ever sucked my thumb at all. I did do something else (that I'll never divulge) until I was 13 though.
  17. Wow! That's a lot of money for a great cause!
  18.
  19. Hi there! True. At least she doesn't any more in the few pictures we've seen of her at 7.
  20. In recent pictures, she actually looks more like her mom. And no, at 7 yrs old, she no longer sucks her thumb. :)
  21. I think it's unreasonable to expect the band to keep making the same old music over and over again. As their kids have grown, so have the band evolved as well.
  22. When you hear Will mention Eugene Francis Jr in an interview and you go googling to find out who it is.
  23. Shiver! My son and I had a bonding moment in carpool singing Shiver earlier today. He thinks I'm pretty cool. LOL
  24. Yup. I get stuck at the end of the Live DVD b/c I play it over and over again. Jonny's guitar solo is a little longer than how they play it live these days. He just kills it.
