I've "searched" answers for years, like wars or simply, violence, hurt etc. among people or any living "beings". So far, what I can share is from Buddhism or other similar "Discoveries" which tell us why we are here, and why we can't stop hurting the same kind or even seemingly unharmful creatures, nature, etc. For example, Dr. Brian Weiss'[http://www.brianweiss.org] books, such as Many Lives Many Masters or other related series, talking constantly about what Soul can learn from wars, damages and deteriorations in all kinds of levels and ways. For Buddhism, there are Causes/Effects mechanism/laws of downward loop for this endless "hurting". That's why, the spiritual ONENESS tells us we are actually part of ONE, and LOVE is the only true nature for us to understand, to connect with and to embrace as a fAith, in a sense, we are LOVE. Whenever we choose to leave or go against it, there will be pain inside creating. When you hurt others, you are hurt as well, unnecessarily for external "reactive revenge", but for it is in your Nature - you can definitely feel the pain you "create" consciously or unconsciously. Meanwhile, there are Physicians who have begun to do research in Mind-Matter Unification Field [or Third Eye related training&experiments], which may give such saying a more tangible explanation or even illustration. I know such messages might not be easily reached to or accepted by earthy political leaders or even some people, but there are many manefistations already in different parts of the world. Unless we can fully understand and embrace what we truly are, to understand we don't have just one life, and we are not just gone forever after death, and what we do now affect or make the future totally, we may stop to think whether war is the action we shall take or support~ "reincarnation" has been mentioned in many old literatures, or if you are sensitive, you can track its traces from many authors [such as what Dr. Brian Weiss has cited in his books]. I know it is not directly or even effectively helpful if you are in a WAR or a crisis. But if the teachers, schools, journalists, authors, film makers, all kinds of media people, can start to understand how important it is and deliver the message, it may help reduce the potential wars/conflicts in the future, to plant a Peace/Love seed into children's hearts/minds [although, spiritually speaking, it is innate to us. It is just WE who forget it or leave HOME too long and get LOST]. So, please let more people know Dr. Brian Weiss' books [you can finish the book within one or two days, quite an easy read]. I think it shall be helpful. By my knowledge, there are many spiritual/religious practitioners/prayers/masters doing rituals/mantra or sutra chanting to wish world peace. I probably can't input anything tangible or "technically" useful here, but History Teaching sounds good, and the most important thing is choosing what you really love. In a bigger sense, this subject is quite important - how we know about or act upon history and legacy decides the future we would create. In another domain, maybe this subject could be also interesting: Dr. Brian L. Weiss' series [http://www.brianweiss.org], such as Many Lives, Many Masters, talking about the history of a universial evolution, full of Souls and correspondent lessons, which shall give History a totally new look. A small note to add, Dr. Brian has cited many excerpts of wise men from a diverse range in his books. I wonder whether there will be interdisciplinary studies on Human Record [History] and Life Mystery [Reincarnations etc.] in the near future:) If you are not interested in Physics, this area may be another way to look at it: Mind-Matter Unification Project [Google etc.]. If this mechanism can be well observed and clearly explained, then this area can also be linked to History study, as human potential can indeed influence or change History. Maybe you don't know the whole picture, or even you know, you might be somehow Subjective to judge good or bad or only look at it from a single angle, or the people in it unnecessarily think so. If you believe in Reincarnation or the related, you may "discover" everything follows a natural law to its happening. Yes. I've heard of that and really expected to watch the live. Actually, I caught a few joint-performances [at Make Trade Fair, 5-6 years ago? There are other songs as well] last year to know this "Once in a Life Time" thing. It is really great to see them together [as I thought quite a few years ago that they should be a happy "couple" ; I mean, there are just so many great passionate songs from both bands, why should not they love each other and make the happiness bigger/stronger...], good chemistry and mutual love/fun :). Noel's new solo album is still quite great. I love to feel the "synergy" of them again! I see Noel as a bigger brother/younger uncle image to Chris and the band, haha :)

I think Rihanna has a nice/"diving" voice with lots of natural cool movements, can really "fly" it anywhere; the textures of her voice are very diverse and sensitive - I may suggest that she should try songs like Masquerade by Carpenters. She was a bit nervous in POC than her own song. I like Co.'s shirts; but it is also true Chris need to rest his voice. For the acoustic version, I think you can make it more peaceful/calm [or even making a new version with a few modifications] than the normal stadium style by a band. As by two, there are more details/delicacies to deliver/present. To say the least, it is not an easy acoustic song to sing comparing to the most. So, good try.

Lovers, I think they are still big sunshines from which you feel the light and love, so boundless and soft...I think their energy will attract lots of people from different backgrounds, no matter how complicated the history or the old pains/wrongs fear/threaten us, and how that some of us seek Group security or false indentity under any type of government, organization or authority, by compromises [a dirty deal, or an unwilling silence when the crimes to love/light are still commonly done] and self-deception/degrading, the law of universe - love and light which have no any opposite, will still reinforce its message: stop the greedy wars/exploitation; there is just no way out of it. You are just digging your own tomb [degrading your soul's light/love level during multiple reincarnations]. There will be lightworkers/people united to ask for justice and communication/mutual understanding, and there will be liberations from any type of mind-controlling/manipulations. Because when you have love/light, you contrast all those darkness out. You can tell the truth/facts from lies, can tell potential misunderstanding from manipulations/distortment, tell ill purposes from unconditional love. The heaven in sight, seeing all these through, writing all these into, the pure flame of the soul. I think the energies are reaching out and connecting to all parts that need more love/light [support/voicing etc.] if those of the music and the deed are the same in nature.
