IF theres a fairy godmother, I am begging her to come and help me get ready for the ColdPlay concert. I want to go so bad but I don't have a dress or a ride . The concert is nearing and i'm getting sick and crying all the day long in me lil room that i should miss out. I can barely breath from the chimney ashes I have to sweep but I'm saving me last breath...

Here a link to my pics I got some good ones. I change them after a while and put pics from Oakland tonight. Yea going to two in a row :-) The show started fairly tame the crowd was fucking asleep I have never been in as lame coldplay show crowd wise but that changed. While playing the acoustic portion Chris broke a sting during “+” and Called it "a horrible tragedy" had a new guitar brought out started to play again. After about 3 chords he stopped and said. Paraphrasing here He said “I know you guys think it’s easy being a Napoleon Dynamite hair having rock star but when your playing in front of 15,000 people in a city you’ve never played and you break a sting it’s a …

I smuggled in my Christmas present...Canon A620 7 megapixels w/video recording. I went to a public restroom outside the arena and put the camera between my boxers and jeans and slipped my belt through the camera string and let it dangle under my pants. Got through security just fine and took the camera out in a restroom near my seat. The following 15 pictures were the ones that turned out the best. I also have 800+ MB worth of videos...which is about 45 minutes. I have full (or almost completely full) video versions of: Square One, X&Y, How You See The World, The Scientist, Til Kingdom Come, Ring Of Fire, Trouble, The Hardest Part, In My Place, Fix You And …

I was blown away that the guys used the power of ten video in the show, I saw it at university in 1984! Here is the video if you want to see it again, I find it spiritual and meaningful: http://video.google.com/videoplaydocid=5555313278261147278&q=powers+of+ten the part they used is in the middle when the camera starts heading back to earth does anyone remember which song they played during this video? i was so into it I forget!

Has any one you put out a list of the preconcert tunes that are played before Coldplay takes the stage? There were a couple that I really liked, but I didn't know the names of them. One was a rap song (no not the Brand Nubian one) with heavy guitar influence. The other song I can't really describe well, but if someone could please share their knowledge of what is played I would appreciate it. Thanks

I have two pair of tickets for sale (mine & Ticketmaster's cost) for the March 19th show at the bradley Center. Floor section 5, row KKK (33rd) and side riser section 212 (about 2/3s of the way back), row J (9). I had two people back out and thought someone in particular would want the other pair - shocked and dismayed on both accounts!

I can honestly boast that I have taken 214 pictures at both Vancouver concerts combined, and many of them turned out great!! I will post a few here, but need to find more time to resize all of them! Enjoy these few! BTW, these pictures are from the January 26th show, and my seat was in section 314!! I had a CRAZY good camera!! Yay! Go me!

Howdy everyone. I just picked up a pair of Row 51 for the Omaha show. Very happy to be in the building. That said, I was wondering if anyone had anything closer on the floor that they wouldn't mind trading. Not sure what the trading policy is here, but I will be more than happy to pay shipping, exchange monies, and/or give you shows from my live music collection. Thank you very much. Please e-mail if you can help: [email protected]

I had a preminition. The house lights go out, and you hear Chris Martin begin to sing..."Sunlight...it opened up my eyes..." After the first few lyrics and during the first electric solo, for each riff, a letter of the word "Coldplay" would appear on the plasmascreen. As Chris begins to sing the next section of lyrics, we see the spotlight shine upon him as he slowly walks up the center aisle. When the heavy guitar solo before the chorus begins, he runs up to and slides on the stage, as the lights begin to flash many different colors. This is my preminition for an alternative opening to their show. Feedback anyone?

Hey all: My first post here (although I'm a long-time coldplaying.com forum reader). I'm going to the concert in Oakland on Tuesday and I had a question for people who went to the Seattle gig (and after tomorrow, the Sacramento people). I probably won't be able to get going to Oakland until 8-8:30pm because I'll be stuck in class (it's a 35 minute drive from where I'll be coming from), so I was wondering approximately how long it was between the time Fiona Apple got on stage until the time Coldplay got on stage--an hour, 1.5 hours? I'd hate to miss it if Chris introduces Fiona (like he did in Seattle), but I doubt I'll be able to make the opening act. Thanks!

Based on the shows in Seattle and Vancouver, it seems that most people are kind of hoping for a "spiced up" set list for the rest of the dates on this leg of the tour. I was just wondering what you guys had in mind? Here's a setlist that I think would be great, and still possible: 1. Square One 2. Politik 3. Shiver 4. God Put a Smile Upon Your Face 5. Yellow 6. Speed of Sound 7. Warning Sign 8. Spies 9. How You See The World 10. What If Acoustic Set 11. Till Kingdom Come 12. A Message 13. Sleeping Sun 13. Trouble 14. Daylight (even though I don't like this song that much!) 15. Clocks 16. Talk 17. Twisted Logic Encore 18. Amsterdam 1…

I've got my black shirt, black pants, white shoes and camera ready. i'm like a little boy in a candy store i am so excited im afraid im gonna have a heart attack.
