Coldplay

YAY!!!! It premiered on MOD!!! Finally nice to see it on a 27" TV screen

Ok I just went to Coldplayshop.com and these got me excited so I thought I would post the piccies of the stuff.

The band is apparently working on a DVD of backstage, onstage, and "stupid stuff" footage from their 'A Rush of Blood to the Head' tour. Guy has been the man behind the camera, and said about the DVD, "We want to make it good, not do it for the sake of doing it. I know a lot of bands go, 'Oh, let's just do a DVD,' and get a film crew and they film it and record music and stick it out. I'd like to do something a bit more interesting than that." In regards to the content of the DVD, Guy said "I take loads of stuff. I've got about 200 hours of making the last record (2000's debut LP 'Parachutes") as well. I don't film everything because it just gets boring after a whil…

hola everyone! yeah so its the end of the coldplay UK tour as we know it :cry: but im sure they'll be bac soon as this one has been SUCH a success :multi: however......im goin to be seeing them tonight in belfast for their last night....oh HOW incredibly excited am i.. :butterfly: = total case of butterfly excitedness(not a word but who cares) ill fill you all in - and yes ill be thinking of u all when Chris is singing The Scientist - just for meeeeeeeeeeeeee! :littleangel:

Has anybody listened to the two Faultline songs with Chris singing? "Where Is My Boy?" and "Your Love Means Everything"? They are really fantastic! Totally different from Coldplay stuff but also very original. And as long as Chris sings - what could possibly go wrong?! :wink:

If you have missed Chris co-hosting the show with Steve Lamacq on BBC1- whether you couldn't hear it/ felt asleep/ at work (me!)/ whatever, you can hear the replay of the session here! well - this will be somewhat sketchy at first cos i never seem to pay that much attention to detail - but i did manage to tape it (i think) so i will probably change what i've written accordingly. interviews - good. for ginger - guy spoke! and looked nice! will looked decidely green and a bit scary, jonny looked lovely (and like david beckham according to my dad - but i think he's a bit pissed). chris made usual westlife jokes (he said flying without wings was his fave coldplay song which prompted the "is that a coldplay song?" from my dad - which shortly followed "do they write their own songs?" - i despair of the man!) and told edith bowman about some girl he fa…

Just a reminder to everyone that on sunday night, on MTV2 on sky digital. It is COLDPLAY NIGHT!!!!!! Also I have saw the video to " THE SCIENTIST" and I think it is the best they have made yet :D

hey 8) i thought it would be interesting to see who thinks The Scientist is capable of making it to number 1? coz i think so! i have the faith :lol: hehehe.

did anyone else see the spectacular half-hour show on vh1 2nite (monday 14th) which showed 5 of coldplays songs? isnt it gr8 to see them on a prime time slot up there with the likes of kylie minogue! woohoo 8) p.s. i see the guys LIVE, YES LIVE in.............9 days!!!! woooooooooooohooooooooooooooooo! :silly:
