I have absolutely NO experience in playing Piano, but I have one. It has the notes labelled (thank god :P) on it, and I was wondering if someone could print out the notes (in letters) for the intro of Speed of Sound, I'd be eternally grateful. I've listened to the Song long enough to know the timing, I just need the notes. I printed out the sheet music, but that doesn't help, since trying to read music is like trying to read Chinese to me.

Sorry, I'm not quite sure if this is the right place to post this, if not, please move to the correct area :) I'm an 18 year-old bassist who is very keen on finding a guitar player who can be minimalist and melodic in their playing. I'm in a band right now but the music we create is very garage/classic rock and I really want to make music that is much more in the style of U2 or Coldplay, in that the guitar is used to create ambient, sweeping sounds as opposed to a knock your teeth out rock and roll sound. I've been looking all over for the tabs of the smal solos Chris does throughout the song... all I could find were tabs of the whole song.., has anyone found a nice interpretation of that song? or would have a real kind heart to try and figure out how its played? thanks :D

I've just printed most of Kapane's tabs' thread. Don't you guys realized that with all of the tunings they used, you'll need like 5 guitars tuned to different tuning to play 5 or 6 Coldplay songs?! Unless you can tune your guitar really fast between songs. Just an observation.....

Well I asked this already under the newbie section. Didn't realize this room existed. Anyone here know of all the songs from Coldplay that play well on acoustic. I already know of "Green Eyes". Any others? I want songs that play well without any other instruments. I can see some of Coldplay songs that will not be possible. Kevin

You know the Martin acoustics that Chris and Jonny used on the A Rush of Blood to the Head tour? Well they don't seem to use them as much anymore except on Don't Panic when Guy plays it but I was wondering if anyone knew the exact model of the Martin Acoustics. I really want to get one but am finding it difficult to find the right one. Thanks!
