Hey i have a camcorder and would like to record myself playing Coldplay on the piano, is there a certain type of format it needs to be in to post on rapidshare. Basically how do you get good sound quality onto say Windows Media Player with only a sony camcorder? Because i've never recorded myself playing the piano and putting it onto Window's Media Player, so i haven't got a clue how to do it.

It stands out more on the live versions, but you can still hear it on the studio version. It's a sort of "wah" kind of sound. What I'm looking for is the type of effect/pedal that he used and what the notes are for that effect.

Hi all, I've been playing 'Trouble' lots lately...and I've mastered the whole song on bass, and the verses on guitar and piano... but I've become stuck with the chorus, and I was hoping that someone would give me the chords for the chorus... Thanks lots.

I'm trying to get effects like Jonny's from my multi effects pedal but I can't mimic his. Does anyone know what kind of effects pedals he uses?

Does anyone have a good tab for Sleeping Sun? Im pretty sure its two guitars playing together..but i cant seem to figure out what either is playing..all i know is that they sound real good together..haha

i've snapped the thin E string on my guitar and i've bought a new one but have no idea how to put the string through the tuning post and tighten it so it looks like the other strings - so far i've kinked the wire towards the inside of the headstock leaving about one inch of slack between the bridge and the headstock having read that in a book.. but now i don't know which way to turn the peg or whether to pull the free end of the string over or under or anything else.. any help please? or any websites which could help?

hi there I need some help maybe someone can help explain to me what MIDI is cos I have an electric keyboard and It has a memory base and it has song already on it so you can learn them and it also playes them too but I think theres a way for me to put what I want on the keyboard cos theres a cable that you can buy that goes from the computer to your keyboard and its got the computer files option on the keyboard..... is that true will the song go onto my keyboard through the computer cos I found this site with a few MIDI coldplay songs on it and it would be cool if they could could go onto my keyboard so I can learn the song through the keyboard http://www.abcmusic…

Hey..Ive been playing acoustic classical stuff for the past three years and im just getting into the whole electric and tech thing with guitars..im kinda new with all the teminology regarding electric guitars, amps, effects, pedals.. etc..i know sum basic stuff but am interesting in learnin more about the electric tech side of guitars..i was wondering if anyone knew any good sites with that kinda of info that could help me..i know im kinda being vague but i hope that makes sense about what im wantin to learn... thanks

Hey all, I've got this song by Coldplay...and I've searched for what it is...but I can't find it... It is by Coldplay, I'm sure of that. But here are some of the lyrics "..who do I sing for, well honey, I sing about yoooouuuuu..." It's got a classical guitar feel, very floaty...it's a nice song, but if someone can tell me what it is called, when it was made (I know it was some time between 1999-2001) and whether it was officially released ('cos I didn't see it in any of the singles' b-sides/Eps or anything). ive been looking around the inernet for sitars and havent found a ton. does any1 know any types of sitars, like bass sitar etc.? wat are good kinds? are there acoustic electrics? stuff i would like to find out before purchasing. help will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry if this has been talked about before... but Chris said that GPASUYF had a really easy intro guitar...(as he was just playing his guitar opened stringed).... So, obviously it had been tuned differently...Im guessing that he had it tuned so that it was a E chord (E, B, E, G#, b, e)...but Im not certain.. Also, what does he do after that, when he does start playing chords....?? Thanks for your help.

Ok everyone, i had an idea... So, you've probably seen the thread where they're guessing the song from a line of the song... Well, I was thinkin....what if we did it with chords/musical notes etc. of a song....it could be good, it could not be good...but we'll give it a try... So....(i hope i've got this right...)..here goes... i am going to buy a acoustic electric guitar this week and i was wondering a couple things. Can i still use my electric guitar cable and amp for the A-E. Also, Can i use just regular acoustic strings, becuase i have seen acoustic electric strings at my local guitar shop and i am just about the buy a 10 pack of strings so i dont want to waste money if i can t use them. please respond asap. thxs alot in advance
