That I could have broken my personal best on the cross-trainer today if I kept going for the old 12 minutes instead of the 10 minutes.

 

My current PB is 2.03km in 12 minutes, I managed a 1.75km in 10 minutes today, which equals to 2.1km if I managed to keep the same pace up for 2 more minutes.

I haven't been on here forever. The horror.

 

New Year's Resolution: Visit Coldplaying at least once a week. :)
