Sirius is dead, completely dead!! and according to Joanne (but i don't believe her because she likes to makes jokes) the prince is "Mark Evans"....he appeared in the 5th book only one time, but Joanne told that he's gonna be an important character in 6th book!!! well, just have to wait until the book coming out
