Can't you just get to that tuning by going down? I see no strings that need to be tuned up.

B-string one step (2 half steps) up to C#

 

and the other strings go down

 

 

I would tune all strings down a half step or two before tuning because a full step could break the B-string ...

And actually, when tuning for this the other day, I broke my G string. (Damn sucky tab :P)

 

Still, I do get worried when I tune for "A Message" so I probably won't try this for a while.

I know, 'A Message' is annoying. I'll do vertical tunings from now on!

It's not too bad. Just tune B up to C, then bring E down until it sounds the same.
