In Your opinion wich of the two x & y viedos is the best, Fix You or Speed of Sound, i think that speed of sound is great, it reflects the new wave of the band, but the end of fix you blows me away...

Fix You. The ending is magnificent.

They are both pretty boring to be completely honest.

 

I'll choose Speed of Sound because Fix You is so corny.

Fix You is better. Both vids are lame (all CP ones are actually), but Fix You's scene at the bridge when he's swinging the cable is magnificent. Everything up to that is a ripoff of U2's SYCMIOYN.

Neither video is great. I'll go for Speed Of Sound as all the band members are in it all the way through and I like it when Chris puts his arms up when he sings 'all that noise and all that sound.' Strange that U2 had a similar video out at the same time for 'city of blinding lights.' I do think that the ending of 'fix you' is perfect though.

Speed of sound has good effect of light but the ending of Fix you is so cool

i choose speed of sound because i don't really like fix u... chris runs really funny in the end, and he's mouth isn't moving exactly with the words...

 

personally, i think they should start getting more original with their videos, they sorta repeat themselves

Hard to believe, but Speed of Sound is played out, because it was played so much over the summer, and I saw Coldplay live, and So I have more of a bond with Fix you, easpecially during the end. :)

There are two types of Coldplay videos: with only Chris (Scientist, Yellow, Trouble...) and with the whole band (In My Place, Speed of sound...). Fix You is original, because it connect both types of videos - we have only Chris in the first half, and the whole band at the end. That's why Fix You is better than Speed of sound :D
