LP4 will most likely be out in the first quarter of the new year, I am guessing...

 

I am just wanting information on the titles and what it will look and sound like. Foals have done their tease for their new album coming out in January, so I am hoping Editors will do the same soon!

I thought the new Foals wasn't coming out until February 13th...?

Sounds like it's going to be a while before there's an album, since the proper recording is going to take place next year. But the important thing is that things seem to be now settled for them. Hope the same applies for Chris.

It feels like forever, but this is a process you can't rush - the songs took a new shape I am sure with the departure of Chris, but I think with what Tom has said about what it will sound like, LP4 will be really good. The Sting, Sugar and Nothing all have really great atmosphere's, chorus's, etc....

Yes. It seems long, especially because it's been such a long time since the last album was released but I think we can trust them. And I'd rather wait a little bit longer and have a great album than the other way round. I guess they know what they're doing, and I'm so excited to hear what they've come up with!! :)

XFM Winter Wonderland. I listened to it yesterday, it was incredible! The new songs are great!! Especially Formaldehyde is AWESOME!!

^ I listened to that as well, 'A Ton of Love' and 'Formaldehyde' were both good, and I am a fan of 'Nothing' despite fans on their forum not being the biggest admirers.

My guess, the album will be out in October with an European tour arranged for after the album has come out. Maybe do 1 or 2 late festivals to preview some new songs

12 songs, and having them all written down like that just makes things seem closer to us actually hearing the music as a cohesive piece, looking forward to it, and teasers of songs too!
