September 27, 200520 yr Reinstall windows :sneaky: That's what I do whenever my free anti-virus updates expire :idea2:
September 27, 200520 yr I've no idea, neither is Norton Anti-Virus. But when you reinstall windows it resets everything so Winrar will "forget" you've already has a trial. I don't know the technical reason (obviously  ) but it works for me
September 28, 200520 yr Well you can always download a crack or a serial, but I wouldn't encourage you to do that because it is illegal and bad...
September 28, 200520 yr But.. winrar is free! I mean it asks you to purchase it but you don't have to. Mine has been asking me to purchase since forever and I haven't! it works just as well as a purchased one. Don't buy it!
September 29, 200520 yr Author But.. winrar is free! I mean it asks you to purchase it but you don't have to. Mine has been asking me to purchase since forever and I haven't! it works just as well as a purchased one. Don't buy it! Every time I try and use it now, I get the whole.. your trial has expired then, I ignore that. But then when I try using it like normal, I get an error.
September 30, 200520 yr What does the error say? And where did you download your winrar from? If you'd like, try uninstalling it, and reinstalling it from this here: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm Get the very first one that says "WinRAR 3.50". It should not be giving you any errors, and it's completely free.
September 30, 200520 yr Did it work? Long time ago I went through a period where it would tell me the same thing but it still worked fine.
September 30, 200520 yr Reinstall windows :sneaky: That's what I do whenever my free anti-virus updates expire :idea2: Hahaha, Thats the best idea ever How much are the re-subsricptions anyway? Mines due December As for the WinRar question, I always seem to be able to use it anyway
August 9, 201213 yr Can anyone here send me a copy of Winrar? I'm trying to download one of the shows I went to and the files need Winrar to unzip them. I went to the site and it's $29. I think that's a lot for something that I may only use for this one show. Thanks Lisa
August 10, 201213 yr WinRar's free 40 day trial is a joke. All that happens after the 40 days is when you open up the software you get a little box which pops up saying the trial is up, which you can just close and use the software as normal.
