COLDPLAY FALL OUT

 

British rockers COLDPLAY are battling to avoid a messy split caused by growing rifts within the band.

 

TROUBLE hitmakers CHRIS MARTIN, JON BUCKLAND, GUY BERRYMAN and WILL CHAMPION, are currently enjoying the success of their third album X+Y - but bad tempers and big egos are threatening to tear the group apart.

 

A gruelling tour schedule to promote the album means they spend all their time together, which isn't helping.

 

Champion reveals, "We're all getting on each other's t*ts at the moment. I suppose that's bands all over."

guys, I don't like these kind of news. oO what's going on? and how trustful is contactmusic?

I wouldn't worry, every band has their ups and downs, and plus, this was the same after the two other albums, so it just seems that they get really excited together and then they get sick of each other. Hopefully they'll come to their senses quickly though!

Come on man, nothing's happening... What filthy mag you read that, the Dutch 'Hitkrant' or so?

There's a few reports from various newspapers today that they had a falling out before the show, but they spend so much time together so it's inevitable.

 

And ContactMusic has just used that quote and built a story around it. :idea2:

All bands have to fight some time otherwise there would be something wrong if they didn't!!! :P

I don't think they could live with themselves if they split after releasing an album like X & Y. They would live with the regret of releasing a mediocre album then ruining any chance of releasing something better. I know I would hate to end on a note like that.

Even if it IS true (which it very well could not be) do you REALLY think they'll break up just because of a tiff? I mean it happens! They've been around each other since May! I'd be sick of even my best of friends!

wow, i almost got a heart attack when i read that! somehow, i read too fast and read they were splitting up...instead of reading that they just had a falling out...which isnt scary. in every relationship world wide, there's always going to be friction..no one is perfect, if they didnt had any problems, then THAT would be the real problem. :/

oh.come on. i don't trust any of this. really. who with any common sense, espectially from the group would tell a press some relevant and such a serious news?

^well...that's is the only part that upsets me...but then again..it might just be creative differences, they ARE making the new record and always brings tension :confused:

i could never say that will would say anything relating to the band in any way, i would expect it sooner and probably only from chris..but seriously would you tell someone about some fight you had knowing she'll tell it to others..

^welll...he did announce apologies for the postponed shows down here, chris never said anything officially. will was the one who announced an apology for the band. :confused:

chris will propably write a very very sad , and amazingly beautiful song about problems with friendship...it'll be called "trouble part.2" ;)
