two of my friend went to see them at Rock Am Ring [festival] and they just played their songs without communicating with the crowd.

Listened to the album earlier today...

 

I was a bit harsh in only giving it a 5/10 last month, when it really only deserves a 3/10.

They first album was good.

 

They allowed the fame to go to their heads

they've lost a member since their last album, they've been literally around the world since their last album, of course they've changed.

I quite like the new album, maybe not quite as much as the first, but Teddy Picker & 505 are great songs......

Not sure about them live, havent seen them. Audience interaction is so important for a live show. I just saw Morrissey in Dallas that has always been one of his strong points, he is so connected to his audience, it makes the live show great. Thats why his fans are so rabid.....many of the bands he's influenced like the Arctic Monkeys and Killers could take a cue form the quiffed one.....

at an arctics show, i couldn't give a shit whether or not they're talking to us. they're there to play the music that drives us insane, and my god do they do it.
