So, I ordered the Talk single from our local HMV (the only place in town that supplies music listners with singles) about a month ago. And only just now got a phone call from them saying that the single has been "discontinued" and it isn't available to them anymore!!

They didn't say why it was discontinued.. I just got a message on my voicemail...

 

and, it probably won't apply to the UK... or, at least.. I hope it doesn't..

Well, we'd prolly be able to buy the songs on iTunes or something.

^Yes - that's the only way you WILL be able to buy them!!

 

CDs will be obsolete in a few years. Everyone's using i-pods and mp3 players.......................... :cool:

But what about the poor people who rely on CDs? If we can't have CDs then... how would people buy music? They'd download them individually?

Everything will be downloaded directly into whatever equipment you're using.........................................you'll still be able to go into a conventional shop, but only to "load up" with tunes!! ;)
