What a great show! I feel deaf now because I was right in front of the guitar amps during the whole show but it was worth it! :D

I find it amazing how Kasabian headlines major festivals and plays arenas in Europe, and yet their 1,000-capacity show here in LA (probably the largest concert city in North America) next week has yet to sell out and probably won't sell out. As for me, I bagged a free ticket to their Kimmel show next week. Yes, there are plenty of free tickets to Kasabian still available. And they probably won't even run out of those. Yes, we're a pretty screwed up country no wait continent no wait HEMISPHERE musically. :laugh3:

So what do we think of the new album? I'm glad they didn't follow the sound of their last album. Heh.

Didn't really like it, if you take the songs for what they are, they are ok, nothing special

 

if you take the album as a whole it didn't work well, not even for a second

not so great lyrics, and very poor production

I like it enough as I hear shades of the old Kasabian. Glad there aren't many slow songs on it. I don't think they can do slow songs. Lol.
