Wow... this weekend is amazing so far :shocked2:

 

If only I didn't need to sleep I could have seen Pilate at the Marquee last night. Of course somehow I hadn't even known they existed untill about 6 last night.

 

The hockey game was great...more details later.

 

I'm surprised autumnjoy didn't mention didn't mention when we were standing right above Ben Mulroney doing backstage interviews at the Thursday concert. He's wearing so much fake tanner that his skin is radioactive orange off camera, and he smokes- alot. (Shouldn't be surprising, but it's very disconcerting to see because he has such a boyscout image :stunned: )

Heh.. I wasn't sure Mulroney was newsworthy/celeb sighting ... hehe...

 

Yea, hockey game was pretty good last night. At least it was cool to see people from bands and the Trailer Park Boys just floating around.

I saw Stabilo (really good band) and Pilate at the Marquee after... man, i really really love Pilate!!! and they were phenom live! Now I wish I had been at Sam's with you sniggirb. It's cool you got to see them though.

 

Saturday... hmmm... this day is going to be filled with:

#1. trying to figure out if there is an amazing free concert somewhere today that I should be at

#2. Bedouin Soundclash and Broken Social Scene concert tonight... with possibly more clubs after with my wristband.

Yeah, it's like half the music world suddenly woke up and realised that Canada had an east coast. So much to see... so little time.

Heh, it's not Coldplay weekend (well, at least not for most of the city)... it's Canadian music weekend... which means that all of snigger's pics are of Canadian bands... mostly because Coldplay hasn't shown up yet (I don't think) and mostly because they won't be doing any public appearances except for the award show tonight...

Coldplay didn't play any shows anywhere, they are just playing at the awards tonight. Its kind of hard to take pictures of coldplay when they are in Chicago. :P

well..i went to trip for few days, to capital city where all uni's presented themselfs and so did arhitecture and it made me so depressed..the fact it's so hard to get in, and i my dream is to live there+ some most facinating ppl i love are there and just a possibility we might not be able to be friends is destroying me.
