oh and Denise..i want to do a little wider answer to this thread q about guy's dissapearing...

i hate the way things are right now cus all we think is the fact that he isn't there cus he has a massive hungover (and i think those are crossing some limits) or cus he's in an argue with the rest of the guys, either way it's not positive in any way. it just fuels the speculations.

I don't know if I have to think about this in negative (he doesn't feel comfortable with them, he has always a hangover) or in positive (maybe he just does what he likes and doesn't feel the need to be obliged about doing something...how many times do I used "do" in this sentence :laugh4: :laugh4:)

But I still have a good impression in mind from the Brits, he was so happy...if there had been something strange he would have not looked that way..but that's just my opinion :)

Parachutes was a more personal album from the band, if i could change it i woud like them to me more like they where before. Coldplay is more like a mainstream band, making good music. Coldplay is just not so intresting as they used to be.

I wish they werent as big, and went back to making more piano driven songs. They need to be simple again. X&Y was awesome, but I miss the smaller songs like green eyes and sparks and stuff.

piano songs are my life... there is jsut not enough of them on x and y.... the ones that are there i love though

I also wished they weren't as big as they are now sometimes cos it's just that much harder to meet them :laugh1: :shame:.

And the whole concerts being longer...yeah i wished that too, but 2 hours is sufficient, after all, we don't want Chris to lose his voice or anything. :sad2:

I miss the simple songs too- simplicity is key! Edgier I hear? Why not a mix of both? :D

And I always had this "clean" and "perfect" image of Coldplay when I first got into them, but then I see that they smoke and drink (some a bit lot) and my view of them is tainted and it feels sorta like a let down :confused:

 

But no band is perfect and they are indeed human just like us, so we can't expect them to be how we want them to be. They've given us quality music, so Coldplay, in my opinion, are the closest thing to perfect ! :smug2: :glasses2:

Longer concerts?? what are they inhuman? i do wish they were longer, but they also get tired and if we want awsome performances, they need to rest. If concerts were longer it would demand much more of em, which is unfair in my point of view.
