She asks me all the time to watch the 2006 live in Toronto (I didn't say that Chris wasn't hot because of his hair, he's ALWAYS hot ;)) and want to see them live too (hmmmm that's a great birthday present's idea... but the problem is that I'll be forced to come with her, that's very ennoying !:laugh3:)

She has a phone with a diaporama in wallpaper, and she has 5 Coldplay pics on 12 (3 Chris' pics :)). That's pointless, but it makes me happy ;)

Today it's carnival in Germany and I'm annoying everbody with nonstop Coldplay music :laugh3:

Ok, here's one story:

Today in school we were in an English class. We were doing something about holidays so the professor said to us to close our eyes and think of what would be our perfect holiday. I thought of going to London and going to a Coldplay gig and meeting them. Then the professor said to open up our eyes and look at some examples in the book and say what type of holiday would we like to go on. So I looked at the book and the first example was: a visit to London, staying in a 5-star hotel!!! :laugh3:

I couldn't believe it and thought what a great coincidence :lol: They missed to mention Coldplay in the book, but at least the London part was there... :)

And I was about to write something like "...the struggle for humans not to be lead into temptation" or something..

 

 

Then I immediately thought of Yes and wrote "... the struggle for humans to be lead not into temptation."

 

Which I don't think makes sense at all and I probably totally ruined the sentence. But I had an urge to do it and I couldn't stop myself it.

today i was walking home from my bus stop, listening to swallowed in the sea. it was one of those magical moments, you knoww?? (:

For the very first time tonight I met another Coldplay fan in REAL LIFE! I was out with a group of people I'd never met (except for one) and we were talking about the superbowl halftime show and what other bands might be good for it.

 

This girl suggested Coldplay but her husband said they weren't "rock" enough, and I replied "well it's not like they're not going to play The Scientist," and she laughed and instantly went into a mimed piano version of the intro, and I KNEW she was a fan. (who else could pull up The Scientist melody on cue?) Turns out she's a huge fan, downloaded the Violet Hill single the instant it was available, but didn't know about the second round of North American shows! Hopefully she'll be able to find tickets, but I told her she's my backup if my friend decides not to go. (She's still on the fence because she thinks seeing the same band twice in one tour is silly. Can you believe that?)

Well, I can understand even a fan not knowing... I mean unless you're actively checking out their website or have them on your Facebook or something, why would you expect a second tour?

 

And I believe her exact words when I told her were ":oHOW DID I NOT KNOW THIS:o" so I think she counts as a huge fan. ;)

 

And the friend who thinks seeing the same band twice is a different person--my old college buddy who went to the KC concert with me. :) Sorry if I made that confusing.

Because its Coldplay, you gotta expect anything :cool: :P. And ok, if she acted suprised she's in, I accept her :P. Ahhh I see, yeh I did get confused. And this isn't just any band its Coldplay hehe.

It sounds nice to be able to actually speak with someone who doesn't think they are crap or isn't indifferent.

When you think this day will be shit, the sky is grey, nothing to feel good... and you turn on the TV on Mtv pulse, and you see the Yellow clip and the best, it's written "Coldplay day" on the top left corner, and it makes feel you so much better! :) (I just watched In my place:))

 

And I have a friend who loves Coldplay, has like 80 Coldplay songs on her ipod and told me she was a better fan than me because I have only 70... but she's not on Coldplaying, and she's not ready to do everything to see them live ;) That's US the biggest fans !!

I don't even know anyone who is indifferent, everyone I know is a passionate Coldplay-hater. :dozey: My best friend even refused to stand in line with me at Barnes and Noble when I bought my Parachutes LP, and wouldn't lend me the extra few dollars that I needed to by the X&Y LP as well :veryangry2: Mature, yeah? :rolleyes:
