I think he's intimidated or scared by me though.. and i don't know why. It just feels that way.

I have 3 random thoughts from last thursday (I know, I'm late:rolleyes:)

 

1.On my bus trip to school the guy that I fancy happened to sit next to me. That made it tickle in my stomack. I was listening to Coldplay on my iPod. After "42" it moved on to "Lovers in Japan" without me really thinking about it. But then after the lines "lovers keep on the road you're on, runners until the race is run" a line of joggers were running on the sidewalk next to the bus! :stunned: It made me smile. :) The coincidense of sitting next to the guy I like with that song playing made me smile too. :blush:

As if that wasn't enough - Viva La Vida started playing on the bus' radio as people (incl. me) were about to get off the bus when I had taken my headphones out. I was smiling like an idiot all morning. :cheesy:

 

2. I was randomly watching Life In Technicolor ii on Youtube when I looked at the comments to the video. There was a user who said he was going to see Coldplay on the 27th of February, which happens to be my birthday. Then I saw what the username was: 0AdRiaNleE0. I thought: "Hey, I subsribe to that guy (and let me say: I only have 10 subscribtions) and he is going to see Coldplay on my birthday!" :stunned: You should check him out - he's a piano genious and has several Coldplay covers up.

 

3. In the evening I was listening to radio and some listener had wished for something with Kate Bush. I was thinking that they were going to play "Running Up That Hill", which inspired to "Speed of Sound" and yup, I was right the host presented "Running Up That Hill". Awesome. :D

 

 

Bonus:

Yesterday radio played the James M. and Nelly Furtado song and right after a song with Natalie Imbruglia. And I was thinking that it was quite a coinsidence that they played two artists right after each other that Chris both have worked with. :nice:

They played the Nelly Furtado song "All good things come to an end" that Chris has written on radio today. :)

I'm not a shy person what-so-ever and everyone at my work knows that. including him. I'm the loudest one at my work. And he's seen me run around the store singing to coldplay whenever it comes on the radio.

And i've tried to talk to him before!

i say hi and he smiles, but its just so hard to start a conversation with him.

I seriously have never heard him talk.

But i know he does because my manager will ask him questions..

I just think he's a very shy person.

anyway, he has the same color hair as jonny and their facial hair is identical.

I got a bracelet compliment yesterday! I've been wearing them since November and it's the FIRST time someone has said "I like your bracelets" instead of "WHY U WEARIN SO MANY BRACELETS?" :p

 

So, I was very appreciative of the compliment. :)

In honor of Mastermedia's special prayer day today for Coldplay, I wore my Viva La Vida shirt to class to "represent". One person said, "Oh my God, your shirt is awesome!" I responded with, "I know. Coldplay is awesome!"

 

Granted, while most people are blaring rap from their rooms in the dorms, you're much more likely to hear Strawberry Swing coming from my room. :D

I was in the hallway listening to my iPod before school started (I think I was listening to Speed of Sound) and I was sort of bouncing back and forth to the music because a) I'm hyper like that sometimes and b) I had just had a lot of sugar for breakfast. One of my semi-crazy death-metal headbanger gothic friends was all like, "What are you listening to?" So I took one earphone out of my ear, stuck it in theirs (saying "oh, you probably won't like it") and then they're all like, "Hey, this is actually pretty soothing. It's a good break from what I normly listen to," etc. etc. And then, "What is it?" And then he started bouncing a little too (probably because he eats raw sugar for breakfast just like me.)

 

"It's Speed of Sound," I said. "Do you like it?"

 

"Who's it by?"

 

"...Coldplay."

 

"What?" My friends eyes practically popped out of his head. "You listen to Coldplay?"

 

"...Evidently." (My witty repartee for the day. :P)

 

"But... Coldplay sucks!"

 

"No... not all their songs are really that bad. Granted, they can be overplayed sometimes, but I like a bunch of them. And I thought you liked this," I added, pointing to his head, which was still bobbing cheerfully away. He stopped.

 

"Oh... yeah..." And then we both started laughing. And he still had the earphone in his ear until the bell rang and we had to go and start a NEW EXCITING DAY OF LEARNING. It was very funny.

 

(When one of his freinds asked what we were listening to, he cut me off and made up some death-metal sounding "indie" band that "you probably haven't heard of." Haha. I started laughing so hard.)

 

I think my friend is a closeted Coldplay liker. There are a lot of them, actually. I know a few who listen to them once their ears are going to bleed from the music they normally listen to. I think it's ranked just a little above the Jonas Brothers on the Deathmetal Music Coolness Scale.

 

So yeah. It was funny.

Ok so I have a couple coldplay stories today :)

 

So first, in 1st period my teacher reminded us we have a test on monday and i turn to my friend and say "guess what else is monday??" and she laughed and kind of shook her head. and i told her how i'm planning on baking cookies and she said "are you really?! can i have some?" and i said "yes!! and yeah. i'm bringing some to lunch" and then she said "we'll sing him happy birthday!!" :wacky::dance:

 

2 classes later. I walk in, and the same friend from before says "Marisa! I just listened to coldplay for the whole period!!" and i said "what?! how?!?!" and she said "spanish, we just went to the computer lab, i watched videos on youtube. emily thinks he's really hot!" and then i said "OMG HE IS!!!!!!!!!!" so now my other friend thinks he's hot:sneaky:D:D:D and i've been talking to her about that all day :)

 

and then when another friend and i were walking home i was talking about how i'm making cookies and she said she'd party and celebrate with me!!:wacky::wacky::D:dance:
