Out of the many posts, this one attract my attention. I believe it is possible for anyone to participate.

Yesssss :( A sad but true reality. My parents hate technology. And my dad told me I would never get anything even if I tried. tsktsk.

 

I think I was switched at birth (though I have a twin sister, so that would have been tricky:thinking:). My family is just so...well they don't get excited over stuff like bands or anything. And they would certainly never become obsessed. And I just have this obsessive nature where I go totally insane over something. It has happened manymanymanymany times...it would be embarassing to go into detail of my many obsessions starting at the age of 2.

Hate technology??? OMG I would never survive!!! lol

I know, technology is my lifeline! Without it, how would we listen to Coldplay, watch Coldplay videos, and interact with other Coldplay fans? :shrug:

It was a little weird, though, 'cause I've never heard Glass Of Water on the radio before... Plus, the radio station I listen to only ever seems to put freaking Tick Tock and Lady Gaga on :angry:

Today since it's the last day of school, we were playing games in anthropology. And we had to stand in the middle, say something that applied to us, and then if it applied to someone else you all stand up and race for a chair (like musical chairs).

 

And when it was my turn in the middle, I said "Everyone who loves Coldplay!"

 

And no one stood up. :embarassed:

I was so mad cause then the teacher says "Who would right a song about clocks?" And then he starts singing "tick tock goes the clock lalalala...stupid tick tock!" :bomb:

 

Clearly my teacher is very mature.

for me it happened in my geometry class, we had to guess the name of a band that this one kid liked so we answered the question first or something. so when it was groups turn nobody knew any bands cuz they liked hip hop n stuff. so they tell me "come on u like rock just say the name of ur favorit band!"

 

so i say "coldplay" and the kid looks all offended. i had thought he was cute after that...did not like him at all!

anyways the class was quiet and everybody stared at me, my group says "what? who is that? why did u say that band?!" LOSERS!

 

that happened back in 2005 so coldplay was not AS known so maybe that had to do with it.:thinking:

Chris' version of Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas was playing in the shopping area that I just got back from :wacky:

Today I decided to listen to Viva La Vida and... on vinyl. At the time was my younger sister (8 yrs old) and her friend in my room. So I started to sing the beginning of VLV to see if someone of them would recognize the song. They both did, my sisters friend said she wanted to hear the song while my sister said that she hated Coldplay :cry: Anyway, so you know that picture of the band where they are singing in the microphone and Jonny playing guitar (you can find it in the booklet). I decided to show them the picture so they could choose who they thought were the cutest/hottest :wink3: My sisters friend was very shy so I had to say first which one I liked the most (Guy of course) and she agreed. But my sister... first she refused to say anything but finally choosed Jonny's guitar :uhoh2:
