Yesterday I walked by a road worker or something outside my school and LIT ii started playing in the worker's radio. :wacky: I couldn't stand there though, I had a bus to catch.

In the evening, the same day, Clocks was played in the radio!!! That radio channel usually never plays Clocks!

Today in a bus I was sleeping. I think I woke up because Trouble was playing in the bus' radio. :wacky: So awesome!

  • I just wanted to say, after 5 years of being part of the Coldplay fandom, first on Coldplaying, now on Coldplaying, Twitter and other platforms, a wonderful thing happened today: Coldplay followed me

  • I ran away
    I ran away

On this day exactly 5 years ago, a young and innocent person who was just getting really into Coldplay wanted to sign up on a forum called Coldplaying. Faced with the question of what to pick as a use

  • Today exactly 5 years ago, I joined the Coldplaying community and I don't regret that that. To be honest, it's probably one of the best things that have happened in my life! I had never thought I woul

My western civ class has been working on essays all semester...we chose our song at the beginning of the semester, and our essays are about how different philosophers or world movements influenced the song lyrics. My song is Violet Hill, so I'm pumped to get to work on the essay finally!

I realized I don't get a lot of RCT other than people keep reminding me that I like Coldplay.

It rained all day today, and whenever it rains I get in an X & Y and Prospekt's March type mood. Cause all I want to listen to is SitS, Til King Come, A Message, Now My Feet Won't Touch The Ground, Rainy Day and Prospekt's March/Poppyfields, and What If.

This guy was taking forever at the ATM at my bank yesterday, but then Speed of Sound came on, so that made me happy.

I just realized....my dad bought a new tv. And it's a flat screen and it's quite big. (compared to our old tv and our small one upstairs)...AND I CAN WATCH LIVE 2003 ON A BIG SCREEN AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

^ I thought the same thing when they bought us a big flat screen :wacky:

I'M SO EXCITED NOW!!! Now all I have to do is wait for frickin hockey season to be over so I can tear my dad away from the tv...

I googled how to be British <-- :uhoh::lol: :freak::rolleyes:

And the article said –

You may feel that you have quite enough to think about this week, what with deciding whether you should pledge your vote in the next general election to the party that has – and I quote – "bagged Chris Martin" (the Lib Dems should feel free to tie the string on that particular bag) or the one that claims Carol Vorderman as its "celebrity representative".

On Fridays we play music over the speakers here at work... I'm always in control, and my fellow employees get so sick of all the Coldplay I play. :P

It's simple drink lots of tea and pronounce scones like [scoenes] not [scons] and then then go to someone.

"I say old chap/madam would you like to join me for some afternoon tea in the garden on this fine summer's day? We have scones you know and I hear the strawberry jam is quite exquisite. " :toff:

A Coldplay-related question in the Weakest Link on 27 May 2010: "In 2008 VIVA LA VIDA was the first no. 1 hit .." - before Anne Robertson had completed the question, the person being asked the question - a young man named Max - quickly answered: Coldplay. Max won that day's weakest link.

She plays by ear,

i don't even play piano and i want to know sheet music for this:sad:

I kind of like this girl's spin on the song. She made it melancholic and sad, which I don't mind. Where Coldplay, with the celebratory melody, in a way makes the song say "Screw what has happened, I'm happy anyway, Viva La Vida!", this interpretation seems more sad or regretful about "the situation". I don't know if that makes sense, but that's my thought on it.
