One can only assume that they've been busy eating Christmas leftovers and returning unwanted gifts. :P I'll be persistent and email again if I don't get a response by the end of tomorrow. Such a shame that it was disabled! We haven't violated any of google's terms of conditions, so there shouldn't be a problem.
