hmm...so this morning started off y my sleeping through the whole entire US-Czech Rep. match. when i woke up i was quite irate and flipped onto ESPN2 to see the score...and i was heartily disappointed. caught a replay of the game and i couldn't watch the whole thing. what tops it off is that italy beat ghana and we're playing them on friday. boo.

Czech Republic striker Jan Koller hopes to be back in training by Friday after scans revealed his thigh injury is not as serious as was first feared.

 

Koller was carried off in his side's 3-0 win over the United States on Monday and had been expected to miss the rest of the tournament.

 

"When I first felt the pain I thought 'everything is over for me'," revealed the 33-year-old.

 

"But the scan says nothing is torn, which I am so happy about."

 

Ahhh I'm relieved now, coz Baros won't probably be fit for the next match against Ghana as well.
