June 10, 200620 yr just in case if you didn't know about the radio broadcast or something ------------------------------------------------ Hi , I'd just like to start by wishing England the best of luck on Saturday against Paraguay. The FIFA World Cup isn't the only big event kicking off this weekend - I'll be joining the thousands of music fans invading the Isle of Wight this weekend to watch some of the best bands on the planet. Yes, the Nokia Isle of Wight Festival is here to kick the Summer festival season off in style. There's going to be some fantastic sets from the Foo Fighters, Richard Ashcroft, and of course, the mighty Coldplay. Speaking of Coldplay, make sure you're tuned to Virgin Radio from 7.00pm this Sunday night for a very special show, live from Seaclose Park. We'll be exclusively broadcasting the band's entire set, in a five hour show, packed full of festival performances and the best bits from the weekend. If you're heading to Germany or the Isle of Wight, have a great time. If not, grab your radio, get yourself out in the sunshine, and enjoy your weekend with Virgin Radio, live at the Nokia Isle of Wight Festival. Ben

June 10, 200620 yr so that's... 8 hours ahead from where I am... I think. O.o Okay... yea for me too. were in the same timezone
June 10, 200620 yr wow...so they are first on stage at 7 right? is any of this on tv in the uk? Right, this is how I think it will work out Virgin Radio are a radio station, so it will be audio only, the videos could be shown on channel 4 at a later date, but it will be a bit cut and shut (like the 2005 highlights on tonight). Richard Ashcroft will be on first at say 7:15, coldplay will prob be on at 9:00, with both going out live. Virgin Radio unlike bbc, don't store their shows online for 7 days afterwards, so this will be one of the only times where we can record it.
June 10, 200620 yr ooo lovely dave....thanks very much.so i shall tune on roughly nine...i really hope i can find a tv channel that shows it live or at least the next day or something
