There were a few Bright Eyes threads so I'm gonna make it easier and make an official Bright Eyes thread.

 

For the record I have never listened to them or anything.

I have listened to plenty of Bright Eyes. And while I do not care much for the vocals that Conner Oberst puts out there, I Know it fits his style and the sounds of his music, that much I will shake hands with. But his vocals are a taaaad difficult for me to swallow (and by swallow I mean listen to) because they spill too much and are crooked (for lack of a better word).

But really really, many lyrics to his songs have meant alot to me in their meanings and they way I have found them to fit my life.

It's the name of the changing members of the project led by Conor Oberst, plus 2 other people who have been in the project for ages plus an ever changing lineup of other music people.

 

Like most solo artists.

Reinvent The Wheel and Tourist Trap are standouts to me on the new EP.
