What really grinds your gears?

*Anti-piracy infomercials on DVDs - the kind you can't whizz past

* Movie posters that are nothing but star ratings

* Those security tags on CDs that mean you can't get in the damned thing without cutting yourself

People who scream. Particularly when the person they're screaming at has something important to say, or at any moment when screaming should be discouraged.

Collectivism really grinds my gears.

And steak houses that don't serve green vegetables. Humans need vitamins to live, dammit!

When bathrooms don't have doors or don't lock...I mean, seriously?

...people who like to scare away pigeons.

People who blast horrible screaming rock music down the hall so I can't think.

When music stores around here are lazy.

I'd like to know if I can get Prospekt's March for $10 around here instead of fookin' buying the double set, thank you very much!!

Playing my ass off for my entire freshman year, starting every game, coming out very rarely, and saving our asses quite a few times and not getting any compensation for it grinds my gears.

I don't expect much, other than a little recognition every once in a while.

If you're not going to put me on the all-area team just because I'm a freshman, just tell me.

And if I don't make it this year, I will kill you. You've already took my captain spot away from me in favor of a girl who can't go two sentences without being a complete bitch. You put the entire damn defense on it in front of me last year. Everybody. Even Bitchy McSwearsalot If you do that again, I swear to god, I have taken my last penalty.

You even praised my attitude as being great, but honestly, I have a breaking point. I know what I deserve. And you know, even if don't make it again, I won't do anything, because I'm a good person.

It really would have made my year. It could have helped me A LOT to be a freshman on that team.

You know what else pisses me off? You not playing your talent, a.k.a. Vicki and half of the other girls riding the bench all of the time. Why don't you play MORE crappy juniors who can't even dribble a ball? This is high school, not rec league where you play people because you feel sorry for them. Who gives a damn who's been where the longest? Our record surely doesn't.

So...

that makes me sound terrible. And I've managed to turn what should be a small sentence into a long rant. Talent!
