Michael Eavis (Im am 100% positive of that one) and Emily Eavis(Im not totally sure, but I think its her, his daughter).

 

They own the farm in which Glastonbury takes place and Eavis started the festival!

It's from the July 2005 issue with the Killers on the cover and a main focus on the upcoming Glasto Festival. It also featured an interview with Chris and the X&Y album review (*****, btw :D ).

 

And yes the other two people are Michael and Emily Eavis. The pic was taken at the Pilton party for Glastonbury 2000.
