November 26, 200619 yr Who's seen the video for 9 Crimes? Sorry if this has been discussed before, but it's really odd!
November 27, 200619 yr i like the new album, but at times it does seem a bit formulaic, verse, chorus, same verse repeated just louder, chorus, verse repeated louder/with strings etc etc etc. that having said, it does work quite well. i prefer the first though i think. accidental babies is amazing though.
November 27, 200619 yr well, I think everyone must agree that this album is far behind the first one... that is no masterpiece... what I disagree is from some reviews really exagerating in how bad the album is...
November 27, 200619 yr Who's seen the video for 9 Crimes? Sorry if this has been discussed before' date=' but it's really odd![/quote'] I think the video is.. hmm.. interesting to say the least ^^ A little bit (very) sad though! Fits the song, I guess..

December 2, 200619 yr There was just one single gig I've really been looking forward to: Damien Rice live in Vienna on March 13, 2007 The tickets were supposed to be available from today. Guess what. Show's cancelled. Kill me right now :(
December 3, 200619 yr Ouch Im sorry to hear that :(. I missed Damien Rice live in Singapore early this year as well, sigh.
December 3, 200619 yr Thanks :( It's a pity indeed! I'm still hoping for an announcement that it might be postponed though! Otherwise I'll have to travel to Italy or Germany to see him..
December 4, 200619 yr Aww.. Sucks! Any idea why it was cancelled? I contacted the venue and they replied last night and said that Damien Rice cancelled some shows because he "had the feeling the tour schedule was overloaded".. He promised to do the gig sometime later though, so I hope I won't have to wait too long :D
December 16, 200619 yr I've only heard a couple of songs by him... 9 crimes and The Blowers Daughter (i listened to this one 'cos it appears in the Garden State film). I'm currently trying to play and sing on the piano 9 crimes, I began yesterday... and i think it's quite easy 'cos the only part i don't know how to do is the chorus, but the rest it's great! :) anyway, i'm not really into his songs... could you recommend me some?
December 17, 200619 yr 'Volcano', is a good song. Um I also like 'I Remember'. Those are probably my favourites.
December 18, 200619 yr I would recommend Amie & Cannonball off 0 and Rootless Tree & Accidental Babies off 9 :-D
December 20, 200619 yr So I pretty much became a fan of the music yesterday. I heard Blowers Daughter, and downloaded all the O album. Fantastic music. :D
January 3, 200719 yr Ahhhh I saw him live on new years eve! I went to see a band called the frames and he was a surprise guest! He only played 2 songs but it was AMAZING!
