I tried it once, but since it has lots of variations.

All the song has almost the same progression but

it varies and I couldn't quite memorize it.

It's now kinda boring to me, don't know why.

Guess it is for depresion moments :P

i saw the guitar tabs for the 3 songs i wanted to learn to play.................& decided they might be a bit too advanced for me. :shame:

Today I learned "Eskimo" on guitar, and "Cold Water" on piano.

 

"Cold Water" is probably one of the most depressing songs I've ever heard, but, it's just so beautiful. :cry:

I know delicate, elephant, volcano, rootless tree (guitar and piano version), the blower's daughter, 9 crimes on piano, me my yoke and I a little messed up :P and i can play accidental babies but I don't have it memorized.

Rootless Tree gets better and better for everytime I hear it!

Rootless tree is my all-time favourite from Damien :heart:

 

Oh and I learned "I remember" from the same tab. :nice: it's pretty good!

I have a pedal that has an effect almost just like the one Damien uses live for "I Remember", which makes it super fun to play. :cheesy::D

Sounds to me like you're hitting it too hard. I can't really describe it, but just be gentle and try to get comfortable with the motions. And if you're still having trouble, I'm sure there are some hammering videos you can find on Youtube or something to help you. :nice: Good luck!
