it happened...i think sometime a few weeks ago. there was a two star day once, i swear...i have to find when, though. unfortunately, neither were prospekt entries, i don't think. but i remember being very very excited.

coldplay is actually the reason i watched SOTD the first time; i'd heard chris and jonny were in it. then i fell in LOVE with the movie even without their cameos. and then i saw hot fuzz....which i love even more and is actually one of my favorite movies of all time. so i credit coldplay with my simon pegg/edgar wright obsession.

 

kind of wish there was a hilarious little note to go along with this clip, though!

the thing is, every time i refresh coldplay.com, the year right beneath where it says "JAN" and "FEB" flashes "2008" before it goes to whatever year the most recent star is in (right now 2004), and my heart jumps a little in excitement.

 

i've really got to get my mind off this. i'm off to the movies and the bookstore :D

so true! every week I try to keep my mind off of the fact that they are about to release this new album, but its impossible. So then I wait and hope for a new entry or something even greater on about it. The star finally appears but its just some other message on other stuff! how much more stuff can they post before they give us some info!... I was looking forward to that track "violet hill" they were going to give away in the following weeks i think that really played a dirty trick in my head. maybe they shouldn't even had mentioned that and just randomly gave it away.. It feels now like months since they said that. Now I gotta wait 2 more days for a new star to appear with prob some other none LP4 info.. urgh.

It's been there with another star and with te star that is actually about Shaun of the Dead (brilliant movie btw). So it's probably just a mistake :P

reading all of these posts about how people are jumping out of their seats when they see SOMETHING remotely new made me think about when they finally release the album. I predict we won't hear a word from ANYONE for like 2 or 3 days!!! We'll all be shut up in our rooms or wherever with our headphones drinking in the golden heaven of Coldplay LP4. Then the craziness of singles and tour dates begin!!

Man what a year!! New Coldplay cd, tour. New Radiohead cd, tour. New Elbow (tour hopefully), a new Indiana Jones movie. I get married AND get to go on a cruise!!!:D:lol:
