extras was filmed back in 2006, way before the album was even near completion, so i really doubt the 17th has anything to do with the LP4 release date. besides, march 17th is too soon when they haven't told us anything, and april and may 17th are not mondays/tuesdays, which are the days that albums are almost always released on in the UK and the US, respectively. i still think we'll be getting it around may 19th personally :D

i was so hopeful for a star with the Information this week. i know that there's still tomorrow, saturday and sunday (and perhaps even later today...), but i just had a feeling that we'd hear by friday, and now there's only one day left until then...bah.

 

but i kind of really loved that video, especially simon pegg's "faultless" harmonica solo...:laugh1:

That's a nice update. I wish they would announce the album's release date though.

I would almost guarantee they announce it next week. If not, they might as well just announce it the day before it comes out! They have to know by now that we all know the release date (more or less). Prospekt should just come out and confirm what we know!

^i suppose we do kind of know that it's going to be out in may, but because i'm a pessimist i don't fully believe it until THEY confirm it. that's why i want a release date so badly--so i can stop worrying that it'll never come out and so there can be a light at the end of the tunnel! i don't really know WHY they're not telling us--they must have a date in mind by now, no?

 

i think they have to tell us next week as well, but then again, that's what i said about this week...
