@ Kaisin : Well I don't understand all of the lyrics, but I don't have the feeling that All I Need is as dark as CUTW. But it may be. Of course the lyrics and quite slow tempo make it a little reminiscent, but... I don't know what to think actually :lol:

Reckoner is officially the best radiohead song ever! (well its good anyways). I wish they could've done something more with the string section on that song. The rest of the album is eh. I don't see what all the fuss is about to be honest.

But I love that about him. It lets you interpret the lyrics, the sound, the music as a whole in a more personal way for yourself.. I hate it when people totally obssess about how they never understand what Thom is saying ...it's like "ahh...that's not the point..."

Haven't heard Jetstream in a while, but the very start of Nude was recorded backwards... (reverse it, you'll see what I mean) ...which may have something to do with the effect you're thinking of...

^No, I mean when the reversed part is over.

 

By the way it sounds really cool when you un-reverse it. There's an awesome little guitar riff 'hidden' in the music...

Bodysnatchers is so funky! I love all over again

I can't get enough of Bodysnatchers. The whole album just keeps growing on me. I think its in my top 4 now :P

Q gave the album 5 stars saying it's a masterpiece

Uncut gave the album 4 stars

Maybe not a masterpiece............but still a great album.
