I don't think they were getting dissed, sounds more like to me they were actually praising them! I really like one-rebublic now becuase they sound so much like Coldplay but it's not like total plagarism...

That's the downside to them bringing out albums, the crap in the paper starts again!

 

I know this news is older, but there's this and the thing about the Fratelli's. Then in past week alone we've had the Oasis thing, the Zutons thing, the stupid woman who said she beat Chris in a contest, there was also a thing in last weeks News of The World where they criticized Chris because he got angry at a who pap saying something bitchy to him about watching his back with Gwyneth because she's hot again and he's not exactly a Brad Pitt. I mean who wouldn't get angry at that? :lol:

 

It happens everytime, they get fantastic/bad press in equal measures when an album comes out, more than any other "big" band I've seen :dozey:

They should feel honored that anyone is comparing them with Coldplay. OneRepublic has the typical pop-y over-played music that's usually written to get big and famous... their music doesn't do much to me ..it's pretty dead and there are sooo many bands like it ......i dunno...just what I think
