HOW TO GET TO HEAVEN WHEN YOU DIE

Yeah, its neat with the gospels because they were written by completely different types of people. Neat to get a different perspective, but really they do all line up.

Now those other "gospels" I dont' think they are that accurate or intended to be part of the Bible. I think everything that was meant to be in the Bible is in fact included.

The 4 gospels were written by the actual eyewitnesses who walked with Jesus. The other "gospels" were not written by actual eyewitnessess and were not written within the lifetime of those who walked with Jesus. They were written hundreds of years later, plus they contradict the bible, which is why they were rejected.

Yes you, you're doing more to hurt religion then help it, pushing people away...so why do you do this to your own religion? People like you are destroying my religion, pushing people away and creating enemies.

Honestly, I did not mean to offend you or anyway. So I appologize for any misunderstanding. I was just saying that the frodo guy came bout this in the wrong way, and possibly I did as well. I have nothing against religion and if you feel i offended you and your religion, I am truly sorry. I was just trying to say that not everyone believes the same thing. Again I am sorry, and I dont want you to think that I am that kind of person who creates enemies. And to anyone else I offended, I am sorry.:)

Ummm...I am giving the message of Jesus Christ. The words that I quoted were the ACTUAL words of Jesus Himself and you told me that I wasn't giving the Christian message. Who knows the Chrisitian message more than Jesus Christ Himself? He said this Joh 3:36 "He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."

You have the choice to either believe Jesus or not, but don't tell me that I am wrong for giving you the actual words of Jesus.

I/we just don't get why you joined this forum....isn't it easier to tell people in person?

Follow the path, theres no GPS for heaven. (Global postioning system) There is no GPS for heaven. There is sure is hell ain't anyone that knows and that question has been asked since time began. Nobodies come back to give an answer.

You can be a Christian and go dancing. It's all in how you conduct yourself. Christians can drink, they just don't believe in getting drunk. I drink. I enjoy a good cigar.

Yeah I am also pondering that....

Jesus provided the wine.

Ahem.. :rolleyes:If I'm not mistaken, wasn't it Jesus who "turned" water into wine for a wedding?? I'm sure this was to get everyone a little tipsy, and ease up on all the strict rules at least for that night.;)

Like I said, we can drink but not get drunk.

I wouldn't go to heaven if I died tomorrow, I would go in a hole in the ground.

I guess that makes me not a Christian.

What makes you a Christian or not is wheather or not you have accepted Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord and Savior.
