The team took census data stretching back as far as a century from countries in which the census queried religious affiliation: Australia, Austria, Canada, the Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand and Switzerland.

Score! Nutjob Catholics are losing the war (<This is technically illegal to say if I lived a few dozen miles South from where I am right now- Northern Ireland).

i don't need to get to heaven if i ever get to a meet&greet Coldplay.

:laugh3: ^ agreed!

i don't need to get to heaven if i ever get to a meet&greet Coldplay.

Or a talented band. That would be even better!

I would totally sig this if I didn't love the lyrics to How I Made my Millions so much...

Oh, in that case, I'll use it.

“Either God can do nothing to stop catastrophes like this, or he doesn’t care to,

or he doesn’t exist. God is either impotent, evil, or imaginary. Take your pick,

and choose wisely.

The only sense to make of tragedies like this is that terrible things can happen

to perfectly innocent people. This understanding inspires compassion.

Religious faith, on the other hand, erodes compassion. Thoughts like, “this

might be all part of God’s plan,” or “there are no accidents in life,” or “everyone

on some level gets what he or she deserves”

– these ideas are not only stupid,

they are extraordinarily callous. They are nothing more than a childish refusal

to connect with the suffering of other human beings. It is time to grow up and let

our hearts break at moments like this.”

so if we post here on this thread we go to heaven

so if we post here on this thread we go to heaven

Of course not. That would be silly.

All you have to do is offer up your life to a holy book which restricts your freedom and holds you back.

^that is disappointing

i thought this thread was a sure way of getting to heaven

:disappointed:

I need to whip out my 'get out of hell free' card.

Really, I do have one of those.

I wish this poll wasn't private.

Then make it public. How did you vote?

It IS if you truly accept Christ into your heart. God is willing to forgive and accept anyone who truly repents and turns to Him for salvation. It's not about what YOU have done, but rather what Jesus has already done for you. You can't save yourself, Jesus saved you if you will accept His pardon.

Baw, I so offended.

It's not my intention to offend you, but the gospel can be offensive. I'm not judgling you. I'm simply trying to tell you the facts of everyman's spiritual situation if they don't have Jesus in their life. Please take the time to read this first post and pray that prayer at the bottom of it to God from your heart.
