No, but a friend of mine from high school has his own Christian Rock band. And recording company. :| From a couple of his videos, I think he kind of has a Matt Bellamy-ish voice. I can't remember the name of his band but I could try to find the videos again if you want.

please people respond to this.I think that it is easier 4 people without Christ to think that we are either brainwashed,loony or needy of something cosmic to believe in.As a fellow skeptic prior to my belief in Christ I questioned the authenticity,evolution and the many why's that come with war,violence babies dying etc.etc.3 years before I committed my life to a God that I can tell u now created the earth,u and I.For instance just the science behind conception of a newborn what an amazing creation,just the thought that u could decide one day u've had enough and want to end ur own life shows there is another god that operates.U see decisions will inevitably affect everything around u.U dont go to work u cant pay the bills,Why do we need to work is it a cruel joke that we must toil away.Why are we only here 4 a short while.why do some go young.why is it that ur parents divorced.christians also divorce,kill,lie and steal.unfortunaly free will allows sin to continue just as life and death does.It takes just as much faith to believe in evolution,take a look at ur encyclopedia and read the story of the begin,all from soup and probability statements nothing concrete.All I can say is that a relationship with Jesus Christ will solidify and make ur belief concrete.U have to search 4 ur self.I can tell u now most people in the western world that have chosen buddhasm,hindu or others have chosen because of ease,comfort things that dont challenge and cause u to think to be spiritual.people just want to know their going to heaven they dont have time for relationship and its to hard with busy lives.I understand,I meet stressed out people everyday why is it that coldplay are so popular songs that are uplifting at times with great melody songs that take u out of ur own worlds and give u reason to sing from pain to joy in the matter of seconds.that is what makes great songs.think what is it that draws u to coldplay

I think if you believe in Jesus that's fine, afterall he did have good beliefs in loving everyone around you. However the examples you bring up about a newborn baby and deciding to end your life or choose what you want to me doesn't explain there's a god. Where is the evidence?

 

You mention it takes just as much faith to believe in evolution. I think it's the complete opposite. Evolution you can in fact see how man has progressed over time, and I mean just look at fossils or actual evidence. I mean you can even go to the zoo and see how humans and monkeys have a resemblance. When you think about it it makes sense even at a simple level. We have evolved from our parents who evolved from theirs and so on, and there have been changes overtime.

 

Personally I believe in an afterlife or something. We are afterall energy and if energy can not be destroyed then something must happen. Also from some evidence of paranormal activity, as well as past lives and near death experiences even after a person may be brain dead gives me much more of a belief in something rather than 2,000 year old stories.

 

I do though agree that a lot people believe in religion just for a free pass to an afterlife. It's much more comforting to believe or want to believe in something rather than dismissing it all.

my apologies on no paragraphs I am using my phone. To answer ur questions: the birth of a child requires a sperm & egg to meet which is scientifically and miraculous marvel all at the same time,

 

My child has the heart to help people and love them yes she would learn that from me however there is a supernatural love that I feel from and 4 her.This may just seem like normal to u but there is a connection that God is making through the way we all love one another. When I hug my daughter I understand a little of the magnitude of Gods love 4 us.

i have done my own studies and investigations I mean,in regards to evolution there are studies on the ape like features which were discredited due to tampering like shaping the cheek and jaw bones by scientists.as well as native americans and african people in a time when medicine was hard to come by,having diseases causing their bones to swell like apes and carbon dating to be wrong and more than a 100 times and not even being able to tell that something was manufactured a couple minutes ago throwing its time off by millions of years.

what has evolution given us but the thought that living is not worth living.lookat the overly increasing suicide rate I mean dont forget to factor in growing population but the mere idea of suicide shows ur that we are in need of more than just physical relationships.kids are force fed evolution at a young age so they wonder whats the reason then at 14 they think "well my parents are splitting,Im fat,ugly,no one loves me,Im tied of living in pain I get picked on at school" and they end it.

 

From Martin Luther to Nelson Mandela,men that have been oppressed have hung on to the greatest words,from the greatest Father to inspire a nation to change their thinking and to love and forgive.

 

I could go on about the many miraculous healings today people blind and cripple from birth healed.U ask why born that way well Jesus answered that question"for Gods glory"

He then went on to heal others of their diseases.Some sick some ill with unforgiveness crippled physically etc.

 

U must search for urself.Be diligent dont lose sight of ur sense.dont believe me go and read 4 urself.The truth is waiting to be found.

I don't understand the argument that the big bang and evolution and stuff disproves religion and the fact that many people who believe in God and stuff refuse to believe in that as well just based on the fact that they think it challenges their beliefs. I mean like, it could be like caused by God, y'know? The majority of the world it seems, seems to think you have to believe either one or the other.

 

It just bothers me how so many people think science and religion can't coexist.
