Orginally I didn't really like VLV but its starting to grow on me (although its only been one night), . DAAHF is kinda to 'emo' for me...Its to much of "green day'' or simple plan kind of title. Now if it was "Prospekt's March", that will be the shits!

I'm divided... Death And All His Friends would sound like an emo title :\ Coldplay aren't emo... they'd be even more ridiculed by the norm... although it would suit the album theme better...

 

Viva La Vida kinda matches up with the artwork we've seen so far tho - bright and colorful. Besides, I loves teh irony, so I loves it.

hmmmm yeah.... its gotta be "viva la vida or death and all his friends" because its all in one quote....i like it!! it's like a total fuck you to what we would expect from coldplay, haha. its very tim burton-esque in my opinion.

I want them to choose Viva La Vida just to hear them speak spanish, that's hot. Plus If the reason of the title is powered by how Frida faced life after all the shit she went through, then a title talking about death would be like seeing only the crappy side of being alive.

Let´s remind that they were in Spain when they were recording some of the albums songs.

Thats what I thought when I first heard the news about the album title. Viva la Vida or Death and All his friends IS the album title, not one or the other. I dont think prospekt would end one note with "and the album title is..." then write on another note 2 possibilities. Great album title btw!!
